I received samples of slate within a couple of days and then when I called mrs stone store I got a very helpful chap called John who gave me the best advice and helped me with my order. He was fantastic

I purchased some slate tiles. There was an issue with a couple (not their fault and not visible until I came to oil them). They replaced them immediately and without issue. The replacements were great.

This is the second time I have bought slate from Mrs Stone Store and I could not recommend them highly enough! The slate is absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality. Above all, the service from the company, from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing. Kept up to date at all times and when an item was out of stock, I was talked through other options by John, who went above and beyond to meet the needs of my order. Fantastic service! We had been looking for a hearth stone, for a few months, to complete our the lounge fireplace in the farmhouse we are restoring. It was proving quite difficult as we are in the West of Scotland and either suppliers didn't want to deliver to us or the cost was just too prohibitive. We contacted Mrs Stone Store and not only did they give us great advice on their products but were also able to supply us with a lovely large piece to complete our fireplace at a great price. What really surprised and impressed us was that they were able to deliver this big heath stone direct to our door within 2 days. Would definitely recommend them for brilliant, fast, friendly service and unmatchable price.

Absolutely rip of no refunds robbed me for 161 pounds rip of never Oder from here and u can get there tiles there selling on eBay cheap they are so rude and just tuck my money if I was use would not Oder a thing from here and before that I spent nearly 900 with them never again robbery 👎😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

After cancelling an order with another paving supplier who failed to give any indication of a delivery for 4 weeks I contacted Mrs Stone Store. Made a phone call first to confirm stock levels and placed order that day. Very slight delay with delivery for which I received a very apologetic phone call but overall the service was first class. Would definately use them again.
