Fantastic communication. The quality of the bed is great. I ordered the Lille Upholstered Bedframe. Fantastic price. After the first email confirmation, I received a second email advising the day of delivery then on the day of delivery I received a text with the exact time the bed would be delivered . I am over the moon and would recommend this company .

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I initially ordered an ottoman bed frame but when i received it the fabric color didn’t match my room decor, but their customer service was exceptional in helping me find the right solution.

When I reached out about reupholstering my bed, they were quick to respond and assist me in choosing a new fabric that complemented my decor perfectly. The process was seamless, and I appreciated their willingness to provide free fabric samples, which made my decision much easier.

The collection of the bed was scheduled promptly, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout. When I received the bed back, it looked amazing, and I was thrilled with the quality of the work.

Overall, my experience with this company was fantastic. Their team was understanding, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring I was satisfied. Thank you for your brilliant customer service! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Great service, quick delivery, lots of communication and driver assembled bed. The company have been amazing at resolving an issue post delivery. I thought I had ordered an ottoman bed but made a mistake when I ordered. They responded immediately and have offered to replace the bed. I am very grateful and very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Superb communication

I ordered a bed on 15th Dec. This was an upholstered ottoman bed. Original delivery date the 20th of December. We agreed for the item to be delivered on the 23rd of December, however despite emails it was still delivered on the 20th. It was disappointing as if my relative wasn't around I would have been charged for the non-delivery despite the discussion. That being said, the bed is really lovely. Quite poor instructions to assemble. However, the delivery man explained it and once we knew what bits went where it was fairly easy. The bed is sturdy (no creaking), comfortable and looks really luxurious. Really nice tall headboard. So 4/5 The quick delivery and lovely item but took one off because of the poor assembly instructions and lack of adhering to date. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I was abit apprehensive with ordering a headboard online without being able to view it in person. I looked around for weeks for the right thing and couldn’t find anything I liked the look of for the right price - until I came across the Mr Slumber Lille Headboard.

I ordered the standard double size to fit my ottoman base I already had, and I ordered this on a Saturday, and by Tuesday I had received confirmation that my order would be delivered in exactly a week on the next working Saturday (even though the website stated 5-7 working days so I expected it to be more than a week with ordering on a weekend) I received a call the morning of the delivery to say the driver was around 30 minutes away, and on arrival they helped to carry the headboard into the house and were lovely people.

I’m so happy with the result, it is perfect in every way and everything I was looking for and really makes a statement in the bedroom.

The bed was really nice however it came with NO manuals and as well as buying the gas lift bed I'm still unable to completely assemble it. The worker that delivered the bed also refused to bring it up the stairs since i live in an apartment leaving it all outside.

Fabulous bed delivin 5 days no fuse job done

I can't really complain. I was looking for a cheap headboard that I could re-upholster myself so wasn't too concerned that the light grey linen colour I ordered turned out to be white. It's cheaply made which is fine for the price. You get what you pay for.

So all in all, I'm happy with the product, for the price. Delivery was spot on which is more than I can say for Evri who left my parcel in the recycling box at 1am and it got taken away by the bin men at 7am that morning.....
