Really disappointed! My ottoman bed came without a base which I've never heard of before having bought storage beds many times before, the delivery guy scratched up my walls in my brand new house & left without saying a word! AND left all the rubbish behind!! So upset and so disappointed. Never again!

Very happy with courier communication, he messaged me day before delivery and has been updating me all day. Very friendly.

The double mattress was wet through when it arrived, it has spent the past few days in front of the radiator drying it out.
I would like some kind of refund to compensate for the inconvenience and the state of a brand new mattress been delivered in this state

Amazing so quick to come out then the man who put the bed together was so nice and polite and fast and cleaned up behind him he wore boot covers for respect as not many do that. It was my favourite experience from any online purchase

website is very good easy to order, delivery is brilliant very fast , my only downfall would be the bed it's self is very cheep as I thought they headboard would of been more luxury and the base thicker as its a air lift storage you acctully can't fit much under it as the base is very low to the ground you would be tight to fight 4 inch high heels under it without laying them flat just useing that as an example

On the day of my order tried to phone Mr Slumber to change the delivery date several times kept coming up with does not recognise number. Then I tried several texts and email. I could not send email as web site was not known and could not send any texts either. Very frustrated KH.
