Garden bench is exactly as pictures show. It was easy to assemble from five panels and looks great in my garden.

Purchased a new banana bench cushion after having our old one for 4 years.
Very happy with our purchase.

Thickness is also reasonable
Would like to see it in bright colours.
Only green on offer.

Beautiful quality bench, simple to construct and looks perfect in it's new position. We had some difficulty with the courier as the damaged the first bench sent and then lost it. But Mr. Teak were responsive and sorted the issue, sending a replacement with a different courier. All in all, very happy with the service provided, these things happen!

My bench’s delivery was delayed but this was due to the delivery company we had two delivery promises not met but it was delivered on the third , not Mr Teaks fault. On unpacking a large crack was found MrTeak offered a 10% refund which I was reluctant to accept for such a large crack, however I did not want to face repacking and any further delay on a replacement. I had it repaired locally and I am very pleased with it .These things happen, just unfortunate.

No delivery, no reply to emails, and despite being assured (on the one time I managed to get a reply on the phone), that it would be dispatched next day, it still hasn’t. Phone just disconnects when you ring. Have had to contact credit card company to get a refund. I wonder if the company has gone bust.

Overall very good purchase, well made, very solid.
Only complaint, holes on bench not drilled big enough for dowel so split first corner. Drill the rest and fixed the split by running glue. ( spent 25yrs working with wood) shouldn't have needed to. Better fine quality control.

Great range of benches, not only in size but also in design. Feel and appearance of the teak is wonderful.

I bought 2 benches (a 3 and a 4 seat Burghley).

Put them together myself. Took about 3.5hrs - 4hrs all in. As you would expect, second one took a lot less time than first one.

All fitted seamlessly. Only issue
I had was inserting the teak dowels. A few were on the tight side. I needed to gently sand down the dowels to ensure a good fit.

Other than that an easy assembly.

The cover was good quality. However it doesn’t fit my Lutyens bench, even after direct communications prior to purchase to ask if it would fit my bench which is 165 cm long , I was assured it would fit up to 167cm - when it arrived it was only 163cm and therefore too tight over the outer arms.

Dreadful. A few weeks after payment I still hadn’t received information about delivery. They then blamed it on the delivery company saying they’d lost my bench. Total rubbish. They’ve either got stock issues or the worst customer service. I fear it’s both. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Excellent product, Very quick delivery, easy to put together and the seat looks lovely in our garden.

Absolutely terrible product and service, the product had to be assembled, after just three months of being outside the teak started to rot and the customer service was none existent. I would never buy from Mr Teak ever again.

Excellent customer service. The item I bought was dispatched almost immediately after I purchased. The packaging was perfect to avoid damage and the item's quality excellent, too. All in all it was great to have purchased from Mr Teaks.

Didn't notify me of arrival of purchase by email,when tried to ring ,didn't answer phone,then when I went to to pick my bench up it had been left outside in the rain and was slightly damaged.
