Since receiving the Lutyens bench, I have applied two coats of Osmo Clear Oil to preserve the teak finish and the result is excellent. Though expensive it certainly enhances the overall finish.

Fast delivery good quality product

Covers arrived and look good but 4 toggle fasteners were missing so covers cannot be secured.

All good . I’m really pleased with the quality of my bench and the cushion. It’s safely stored for now in the garage seems a shame to use it .

Quality of product was impressive, although the table came without any fixings. The apparatus that helps insert the two extra table leaves were both broken. One I knew about the other was a surprise. Nevertheless, the leaves can get inserted manually. There was a substantial discount and the item came verycwell packed on a pallet.

Wonderful teak garden table just had it put together today it only needed the legs put in place and it’s lovely thank you with best wishes

Outdoor furniture cover was delivered on time and is as described. The cover seems well made and fully waterproof, even comes with it's own bag.
Will have to see the longevity of it, but would recommend.

Very easy to assemble and everything fitted perfectly only 4 small screws and two bolts required rest joined using dowels
Quality very good.
Allen key (not suppled) is required
No advice on finishing or clear instructions if dowels should be screwed.
Excellent product assembly well thought out and easy due in part to accurate manufacture. A little more instruction could be provided on minor matters
such as fitting and finishing dowels and final surface treatment.

Good quality speedy delivery

After loving the quality of the Luytchens bench I got from you and seeing the matching table had reduction of £70 I ordered it.
It was delivered within couple of days & I love it. I recommend it to a friend & she ordered one.

The extra thick benches are amazing ly good quality.
But,
The instructions are not quite detailed enough as I got the seat part back to front as there was no indication which way it went?

On opening the box the smell of mould was strong and a feeling of dismay when I saw mould on both benches.
On phoning Mr Teak I was advised to wash with soapy water and it did clear most of it up. Would have been nice to possibly expect it and what to do if found?

I have now oiled them and they look amazing👍

Great service and great quality product

Top quality product delivered on time - looks great!

I waited 2 months for my delivery and not once did I receive an email letting me know there was a delay. When I ordered my bench the website stated delivery end of July. I took delivery 13 September! I had to email constantly chasing my order and enquire about delivery, everytime I enquired I was told the container had been delayed. Good customer care is keeping a customer informed of delays of products, not the customer having to chase constantly.

First class product, absolute quality, wished Id bought this years ago.
