Everything was great up until I received to odd chairs and a table that had a lazy Susan built in that didn’t turn even after applying WD 40 on more than 1 occasion.
Contacted customer service said that they are handmade chairs so won’t be exactly the same but they are constructed differently so look odd, the lazy Susan I was told to apart with WD 40 which I had done already and didn’t work still.
They did offer to replace but had to be sent back with all the original packaging with was a construction of 2 pallets and numerous wooden supports for transport so didn’t have the room to store all of that.
Still trying to resolve have asked for a replacement lazy Susan mechanism so I can replace that but had no reply.
Had an offer of a table cover instead but only want matching chairs and a working table!

The delivery was well arranged in advance with frequent updates. Drivers were helpful and courteous.
I haven't assembles the seat as yet as it is a present.

Lovely company to order from straight forward, no hard sell for extras. Delivery on time and kept up to date .

I had super customer service from this company. I ordered two planters on 30/11/25. I accidentally left out part of my address on the order but the company noticed this within a few minutes and emailed me for clarification. The items were then delivered at 11am the following day, 25 hours later ! I was really happy with the quality and price as well. Will use again !

Our delivery arrived at 7.20 am, having a message at 7am to say to expect delivery. This is way to early in my opinion. I understand with pallet delivery there will be issues in unpacking and taking the bench through the house. Fortunately a neighbour came to my assistance. The pallet was well packed, prtecting the bench but now we have the issue of getting rid of it. Bench looks to be really good but as we've had consistent rain I haven't been able to Inspect fully and completely unpack

Seems a good qualiity bench, made of substantial pieces of teak. The labelling with letters of the joints connecting each piece made assembly clear. The bench has been out on the patio all summer and remains solid.
