first class service from first call to last, we dealt with Kelle who was on the ball with every stage of the process, replying to e mails in seconds even late into the evening, don't know any company that offers that service, it's good to know that when your up against it and no one wants to help there is a place to turn to.

Having just finished an IVA and obtaining a new job, I needed a new car, I tried various companies just getting turned down again and again. One company would lend but at 69%! I made an enquiry in the morning, Andy called me back later that day and had me approved the next morning. He was very professional and friendly, explained the process and prices thoroughly. Very pleased with the service received and have no reservations recommending to anyone.

Started the application sceptically on Saturday and spoke to Kelle Monday morning who was amazing going through everything with me, helping find the perfect cars and was on hand even up to 10pm arranging everything when we found the perfect car. Can't wait to collect it now and can't thank Kelle enough for all her help to make it happen!

I'll be honest, I was sceptical about the reviews I'd read as they all seemed to be uniformly great but got in contact with MSG just to see what they could do. A week later and I now own my own car. Don't get me wrong, the rates are higher than you'd like to pay but there's a reason you're looking at MSG instead of main lenders in the first place. Andrew was clear and concise, always available and even sourced the car I bought. All in all a great service. Would highly reccomend
