I contacted MSG as my last glimmer of hope to get myself car finance. Turns out that they should have been the first people I'd called. I dealt with Kelle a very professional and lovely person to speak to. She kept me updated at all times right up until I was on the forecourt picking up my new car.

Been refused credit everywhere, but got accepted within minutes with theses. Poor Andy had numerous emails from me with different questions and cars, but nothing was too much. Brilliant, Highly recommend

Considering i have been refused for finance elsewhere, within 20 minutes or so MSG cars accepted me. It just gave another oppurtunity to be able to get the news cars i want to drive. Very happy with the service and yes will reccommend it to anyone that has been turnt away from finance before.

Within a day of contacting MSG - I had found a car I liked, got finance approved. It was that simply.
Andy was the link person I was assigned, and I must say he was courteous and informative and a pleasure to deal with. At each stage of the very short process he kept me informed and provided answers to my stupid and numerous questions.
He certainly went over and above, even speaking to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon whilst shopping, as I was being confused by the saleman. For that I was extremely grateful.
You do pay slightly more interest,however this is explained up front and you weren't belittled/judged in any way. In this current climate unfortunately, people may have over extended on credit in the past which has damaged their credit rating. MSG are a great company to work with and look at what s affordable to you and find you the best deals.
I have a lovely new car and thankful I had Andy as my advisor.

Andy Clark was my advisor who helped me with the purchase of my car. I can honestly say the treatment he gave me was the best customer service i have ever received. He was very attentive and supportive of the whole buying car process. He was always in touch via email/phone when i needed him to answer any queries i had. From the very beginning to the end of the process he helped me and advised me on what to do (as i was very new to the whole car buying as this was my first car).

Elizabeth dealt with my enquiry with efficiency , professionalism and at a financial level I could understand. Really pleased to have found MSG cars after looking around. Dealt with Kelle who was attentive to my needs and dealt with me changing my mind on a few different cars. The transaction went through smoothly and I am extremely happy with the service.

I couldn't believe it when I got accepted for finance. Due to some pretty unlucky experiences my credit was shot to bits so I was pretty amazed when I got a yes just minutes after applying online. I then spoke with Hilda who kept me informed and guided me throughout the whole experience. It took 10 days from start to finish and I'm now in my beautiful new car. Yes I know I'm paying the price for poor credit but I see it as a way of improving my credit history and I thank MSG for believing in me and giving me the opportunity when others wouldn't. Be honest with MSG from the start and they will be honest with you..if they say they can help, they really mean it as long as the information you give is correct. We thought we would never be able to access any form of credit to get a car due to a previous poor credit background.

I have to say that I thought the customer service was excellent. Kelle was always in contact via email and telephone to keep me informed of the process and to answer any questions I had. MSG really made me feel like my custom was valued, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on their customer service, friendly attitude and extremely helpful all the way through I'd definitely recommend MSG if you're struggling to get finance.

I dealt with Anthony who I must say is such a wonderful advisor. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated. Anthony always kept in touch either via email or phone and always very helpful and friendly. If your struggling to get mainstream finance I very definitely recommend MSG cars.

We dealt With kelle she was absolutely amazing! Even when I went to pick up my new car and it ended up to have faults before I drove it out of Cargiant I called Kelle and she sorted everything out for me and I went to Robins and Day and got a new car from there Kelle was amazing from start to finish she kept us updated in the progress of application - Payment. She always replied to emails! I would recommend MSG and if you get Kelle your surely be happy.

Honestly I was dreading having to replace my car - unfathomable car finance qoutes and a redundancy in my past that had devastated my credit rating.

From initial inquiry to completion of finance Kelle was a great help who made the process effortless. Kelle's communication of each step throughout the process was exceptional as I was kept informed through each stage. I would highly recommend MSG to anyone seeking to purchase a car - they take the hassle out of the finance minefield.

I spoke to Andy who had sent me an email saying I had been 'pre-approved'. I called him and asked for some prices but was very clear I didn't want him to carry out a credit check as I was still getting quotes for a vehicle.
He called me back and said I had been refused credit for a truck but he could probably get away with getting me approved on a 4x4. So essentially, he pushed through a credit check and it was refused, leaving a negative mark on my credit rating.
His excuse was that I had ticked a box online agreeing to a credit check, which is true, however when he asked me for my bank details to perform a credit check, I refused to give them and made it clear that I didnt want any checks carried out before they gave me a price. I am now going to find it even more difficult to obtain credit thanks to MSG cars. I won't be going back to them in the future.

I dealt with Kelle and throughout the whole procedure she was great.
Replying to emails, queries on the telephone, helping to find a car.
Great knowledge on whether cars where over priced.
Absolute excellent service can't fault them.
