Brilliant service there at the end of a telephone line if I needed her but left me alone to look for a car without pushy text messages etc. like so many others. While going the extra mile pun intended :) to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can not thank you enough Kelle you and MSGCars are brilliant and now my tired old friend my 03 focus can go and rest its weary tyres because we have a shiney new car :)

I was hesitant to finance a car as my credit score wasn't great but my income was above average. MSG Cars reassured me of what the figures would be and offered great advice not only on some cars but the dealers and thei background too. I found a car, test drove it and within 2 working days I was able to collect my new car and drive it away.
Would reccomend to anyone looking for a new car with bad/poor credit history.

After becoming very frustrated at not being able to get finance, MSG really came up trumps - they were patient, understanding and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I would like to thank them for their time and help.

I could not quite believe when I got into contact with MSG when they said you can choose any car you like from anywhere, but you can. I picked my car on the Friday and it was ready to pick up a week later. Everything went through so quickly. Anth who was my contact at MSG was superb, He did some research to find cars for me and was very helpful. What I liked the most was they are not too pushy, you can take your time to find the right car for you and everything is pushed through so quickly and easily.

In need of a new car. I approached MSG with an easy online application. The help team member then contacted me, went through my options. Sent in car I wanted within two days money transferred and I picked my car up.

The sakes advisor at msg was really helpful and understanding of our situation. When unsuccessful with our initial application he guided is through the next step contacting us regularly and ensuring we were able to obtain finance we needed for a car. Even once the application was successful he continued to help ensure funds were paid in time for collection. 1st class service from start to finish would definitely use again :)

I made a call one evening just to get some information and was really pleased at how thorough and clear the advice was. I decided to go ahead and use this company and it was a really simple, straightforward process. I was kept informed at all stages and everything went through really quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be back to use them again.
