I dealt with Kelle from my very first phone call. Even when I thought I was being a pain she remained very helpful and professional. She made me feel at ease with what I was doing and it was like talking to someone I actually knew. Interest rates are quite high but I would expect that from any company specialising in poor credit clients

They were helpful enough when trying to get me finance and promised that, should there be a problem with the car, they would get it sorted. Untrue as once the money has gone through they disappear off the face of the earth. Luckily the garage I bought from weren't difficult to deal with and the issues were rectified. No thanks to MSG.

In response to MSG:
I "praise" the dealer as they had the deceny to at least talk to me which is all I wanted from MSG. I asked specifically before I purchased the car if you would help with any issues and you said yes and fell at the first hurdle as I tried to contact 2 people a week ago and was promised a phone call back which never came. If my credit card provider promised the same service, it would be what I expected. I was told that I had 14 days to cancel the contract should there be any issues with the car so how long was I to wait for it to be rectified as it would have been too late if left to you and I would be stuck with a defective car.

Huge thank you to Kelle from msg cars who really helped me out to find my ideal car. Definitely would recommend this.

Without doubt one of the easiest agreements and ways to buy a car I have ever experienced. I was really worried that I would not be able to get credit because of poor credit rating, but Kelle at MSG put me at ease and talked me step by step through the process. She was amazing, friendly and helpful. Never felt like I was being sold to. She was excited as I was too!

I was helped by Andrew who from the beginning was brilliant! With a poor credit history I thought I was doomed to have to save my pennies and buy a much older car but he sorted everything and took all the worry from the process away from me. So happy with my new car :o)

I may not have a first class credit history but my experience with MSG Cars was superb from start to finish with the same contact, Kelle, throughout who went above and beyond the call of duty to get me into my chosen car in remarkably quick time. Also, the process and paperwork was straightforward which came as a relief.

I have to say i didn't believe Andy Clark at 1st when he told me i had been 100% accepted for car finance. After a troubled past with my credit history and being refused elsewhere, even by companys that specialize in bad credit car finance i was amazed MSG cars could help me out. Yes im paing alot in APR but i now have a 2014 car with very low mileage and i couldnt be happier. Massive thanks to Andy for bearing with me whilst i waited for the DVLA to update my license information. Can't wait to pick my car up this weekend, highly recommend this company for anyone struggling to obtain car finance. 5 stars well deserved!!! Someone give this guy a payrise :)
