The continual contact and ease of application was very good. The only thing that let me down was clarification of amount of lending. I asked how much I could borrow, was given a figure, then once I had negotiated a deal, was told could only borrow the purchase price. Already committed to the sale, I had to proceed with no money for the extras I had looked to complete the set up
