At first I was dealing with Dane
At first I was dealing with Dane, then he left & Taneel took over, she was great to deal with then she went on holiday & I was dealing with Ken. Ken was great as I was trying to get things sorted then Taneel came back & I continued to deal with her. I thought there professionalism was awesome as they had to pick up from where Dane left. I found there was nothing they would not do to help.

Not a good experience when we start but…
Not a good experience when we start but i think it was because a person that she did not wanted to talk to me on the phone to explain she was not nice in the emails with too many negative mood about my loan, also she was trying to find a reason for a higher interest so she was checking a join account making no sense with the stuff she was saying, However afterwards one of the manager contacted me and made everything so much easier and straight forward for both parties, i believe im getting a service from MTF not just money, so is good to keep that on mind and remember that im a customer and can easily choose another company to help me which i was about to do. once again thanksn to the person who helped me after all, and i hope Aimee can find a better job or just play rugby.
