We were given a voucher for Muddy Trowell as a present. However when we came to use it we found the choice for sale on the site was limited and delivery was restricted to the south east. This presented problems as we live in Newcastle. There seemed to be no way to contact Muddy Trowell about this. In the end we arranged a delivery to a London address and drive the goods up to Newcastle.

From order to delivery all very easy and efficient

I only ordered from this company because they were the only people who had a Japanese Anemone available. I had not bought from them before. However they were professional and prompt with their delivery and plant is now doing very well. I will certainly buy from them again.

Steve was fantastic. I was going out of town shortly after placing my order and asked that the order be held u til I was home.

The order nearly shipped out (I didn’t even notice), but Steve caught it and was able to keep the order from shipping!

I was so grateful and absolutely loved the large order of window box plants I received- my little London balcony looks so happy now, and has been a lovely bit of colour during this very..grey…summer!

Lovely catmint plant that arrived in good health and has grown well. My only complaint is the expensive shipping costs. £8 for a 3-5 day delivery is steep

Delivery took ages and was very inflexible. Only one day a week offered which meant we waited three weeks longer than we should have to receive our order.

Excellent quality plants, carefully wrapped

relatively small range focused on quality with good prices. bought large pot in sale. bit nervous about buying something based on photo only but so happy with what arrived immediately ordered same pot in different colour. delivery notes double as seed packets, nice touch.

Silk tassel tree was very healthy on arrival with plenty of tassels and pot was sturdy and a good size for the plant. Super pleased as I bought the tree at a discount price. Would have happily paid the full price!

Bigger than expected healthy plant

My 2nd time using muddy trowel and I was really disappointed to see my christmas tree upon delivery, the tree had lots of gaps in branches and generally looked quite sad. I was actually a bit embarrassed when I had people over during the festive period. For £137 I'd expect much more, I won't be using again.

2 stars as the delivery guy was fantastic and super friendly.
