I was disappointed. I never received what I ordered. Please be careful when dealing with them.

Even one star is too much for this shop. I‘ve bought a jacket from their website. They promoted to sell the Killwinner Aventon jacket for more than 100$. Couple of days ago i received my package and was shocked, when i unboxed it. It was a similar jacket from
the brand Huitian Gongye. Nowhere near enough to the Killwinner jacket. I searched the Huitian Gongye jacket and found out, that the price for this jacket is round about 35$.
Customer service is of course not available. Me dumbass haven‘t read the ratings here before. So please do it right and do NOT buy anything from this shop!!!
The positive ratings are definetly fake!

This company is a total rip-off. Wish I had done my research before I ordered. I’ve emailed numerous times no response. I didn’t receive my order for 22 days. When it finally arrived, items were the wrong color and wrong sizes. I checked it against the order and the order was correct but they sent different sizes and colors. Called both business off e phone numbers and both were not in service. Total scam. Im currently working with my credit card company to reverse the charge. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else: Not worth the time or money. It’s cheap looking clothes anyway.

I ordered pants and a shirt in October 2020. I received the pants in November which the quality of is great and I like them! However I have tried contacting them about the shirt multiple times with no response. I am understanding in regards to time with covid and everything happening so I waited a month between each email. By this time I've sent three or four with no response. Will not order again.

Completely disappointed. I purchased an item from them once before and never had an issue. But I recently placed an order back in November, and I have yet to receive it!
I email back to back to back but they never respond. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous.
I will make sure to never purchase anything from them again.

I've ordered a bomber and hoodie since November they charged me for both pieces. They sent me the bomber 1 month later and it is now January and I still havent received a reimbursement or the hoodie. I sent emails no response.

I have not received my order. It's been almost 2 months. The emails just state, "thank you for being patient, your order is on the way". DO NOT order from this company!!! I wish I had looked them up before I ordered.
Edited on Feb. 4th- Still have not received my order and I have had any emails returned since late December...

I placed an order for 2 items in August 2020, it is now December 2020 and I only received 1 of the 2 items. All my emails are ignored, would never buy from them again.

I bought a medium combat jogger from this site and it came in 17 days. Joggers were clean and of good quality. I wish I had bought a size smaller as I have small calves but they still fit comfortably.

I ordered three jackets for 326 dollars they only sent me two and the most expensive one the reflective jacket never came they don't reply or send email or get back to me as far as I'm concerned they are con artist website DO NOT BUY

My boyfriend ordered a hat from this website for me around my birthday back in April. He never received information about it so I told him he should send an e-mail about it. He received a response back at the end of October saying they would ship out the item and expedite it. It is now the end of November and it has been over a month since the e-mail was last received. Now he will have to file a claim through Pay-pal.

Awful, unprofessional and disgusting. The owners are criminals that should be sanctioned for stealing money from so many innocent people.

I should've read the online reviews before I made my purchase, because after seeing some of these comments, I've realised that clearly i'm not the only one being scammed. I ordered a hoodie a month ago and have received no information whatsoever on the whereabouts of my purchase. I have contacted them several times and they've ignored me. There is conveniently no contact details except for their info@ email address, which is clearly a big red flag and when I did receive an email from a "noreply" address, it was a generic email that I was bcc'd in with no mention of my personal details.

To top this off, these CRIMINALS have the nerve to create fake accounts to boost their ratings on Trustpilot, and distract people from the genuine reviews. You'd think they would be smart enough to at least change their style of writing with each review (i.e. add in grammar errors, colloquialisms, etc) but I guess on top of being daylight thieves, they are also less than smart too!

I thought given everything that has happened with Covid, that I would allow for extra shipping time, however i have not received any shipping information, I have a tracking number but no idea which courier has my product and for all I know they no intention of sending it! With so many small businesses being forced to close, I thought that I would do my part to support a smaller online company, but clearly this was a mistake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ITS A SCAM!

I got one of the things I ordered but have not received the 2 other more expensive hoodie and a jacket. it has been 5 months and I have no doubt that they are a scam.

I ordered in August 2020. I really should of looked up the reviews before i bought, i can't believe i just now thought about looking them up. I really wanted that jacket.. I trusted the site. All i want is thw jacket or my money back.. I feel so stupid for sending emails and the whole time it was just a bot!! I immediately loved the hoodie, i ordered an Astro Cat Hoodie. I feel like i ordered it for someone else and someone else got my jacket \: I have the tracking app called SHOP and i saw the dispatch and the locations, until it got to the United States in Los Angeles... And it says it was delivered there and i live in Texas. Maybe it's the carrier they use?? Im mad/sad because i really trusted the site and wanted that jacket ):

Scam scam scam,! I waited 3 months still no jackets. I tried to be nice because I know the Coronavirus slowed down product movement. But come on 3 months Im going to let everyone on campus know not to order

Need to return an item but they do not supply you with returns info and do not reply to your emails. Robbing gets.

Do not buy from Mugan and Soul
They take your money and not deliver the item you ordered.
When trying to contact them, you get a auto reply message.
I am getting no where and they have stolen my $90. They have now blocked me on social media VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
All I want is the item I ordered OR my money back

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a jumper at the end of june and still no delivery. Have emailed multiple times and received unsatisfactory responses with no relevant information regarding my concerns. Would never shop here again, it's a waste of money and a scamming company.
