Absolutely horrible business. I placed an order beginning of May. My son had said it can take up to a couple months to receive your order, well after 3 months still haven't received. I emailed them and just kept being told someone would get back to me in 24 hrs never did! Saying they can't track it and won't give me my money back! Never again i don't trust this place!

I ordered a jacket from this company at the start of July , it is now more than a month later and I have not seen my item. The tracking they provide says 'delivered' but have no received anything. Emailed them 3 times about it and never got a reply. Only when I messaged their Facebook I got a generic reply saying it was delivered. No help at all. Wasted $200, don't buy from here.

They are a scam. The "tracking information" they provide is nonsense that shows the product was shipped sporadically around China for about a week then just stopped updating. After a month I file a dispute on PayPal and the next day it just decides to start tracking again, never leaving China, just bouncing around cities. It's been almost two months now and no product. Hopefully PayPal hurries up with this claim and I can get my money back

So if anyone is thinking about ordering ANYTHING from this company I will tell you that they are HORRIBLE! I ordered from them and never received any of my product and sent numerous emails with no success. Every time they said my order was on the way but it never showed. Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. Trust me!

So the orderd articles took 12 weeks to get to europe and all four of them came either in the wrong size ( yes i used the "asia sizing chart" ) or the article itself dindt cam like it was offerd on the website. Dont trust the pictures on the online shop, because the weare doest look like this. Plus all in all is the condition and the quality really bad. For example, the prints of the hoodie and t-shirt i order, were allready halfway off as i recieved it.

I've placed my order on 15th March & still haven't received my order. It's been around 120 days & the only think they managed to tell me is that my order is in transit. They wouldn't answer any of my questions about refund & the email communication feels like talking to a wall.

I placed an order for 2 masks on 4/12/20. It’s going on close to 3 months and all I get from this company is to have patience. With a store in New York, it’s baffling to receive continuous responses from a “Minnie Kim” saying, “Hey there....”. As we approach close to 3 months, Minnie Kim’s latest e-mail today said she couldn’t provide a tracking number and again, the infamous “have patience”. This is such poor customer service and really unacceptable for two masks!

Also ordered a top for 80 dollars from this company about January this year and still nothing. I didn’t see the reviews about it unfortunately until after I placed it. No customer service through Facebook or email. Don’t buy from here.

I ordered 2 jackets and a hoodie back in march. all this time i figured it was a scam website but surprisingly one of the jackets came in today. The quality is very cheap and honestly you can probably order it on a site like aliexpress

If it wasn't already obvious from the other reviews on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I don't know what it is was, but I bought a jacket from them, when it finally arrived, I was disappointed. The counterfeit quality, the material, even the fit. I ordered a large, and it feels like a small, I can't wear it, and I'm embarrassed to look at it. Also, I ordered a hat along with the jacket, that never arrived either.

Also purchased item over 1 month ago and still have not received it. No customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered merchandise and never received it. Big time scam Buyer beware!!!!!!

This company is 100% a scam. That or they are actively engaged in screwing over their foreign customer base. I ordered 5 items from them. The confirmation only listed 4 of the items even though I was charged for 5 items and never credited back for the missing item. After waiting almost 2 months, my packaged arrived and (NO SURPRISE) it only contained 3 items total despite 4 items being listed on the confirmation order as well as the package itself. I was never refunded for either item and when I emailed them they did not respond. Now I have to depute the charges through Paypal or my bank, which ever works. DO NOT order anything from them. Trust me it's not worth it!

It’s a scam! Do not buy anything from this website. I ordered 3 items in December, received one of them which not as good as described on the website and never received the others. Sent numerous emails, messages on messenger and never heard a peep.

Do not make the mistake I made and stay away from this website.

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered two items on 27.1.20 I have not received either item and one item not even dispatched, despite the money being taken in January. They do not reply to emails. Would never buy from them again or recommend.

This place is a scam please do NOT waste your time or money!! I ordered an item from them which never arrived they sent an email saying that my item had been shipt that was three weeks ago then I email them on Facebook live because that's the only contact number they have available and was told that I need an order number which they fell to give me on the email and I'm still waiting absolutely nothing from no one do not waste your time

Definitely not a good idea to purchase from this site! I purchased some items that where never sent. Nobody answers to the several emails I sent and nobody answers the phone (there is a phone number on Instagram). Money lost!

It is too slow. It's been months and I'm still waiting for my package. I'm pretty sure you can fins some other good places to spend money rather than here.

I regret not doing enough re-search before I buy stuff from this website, I'm telling you guys right now DO NOT BUY FROM MUGENSOUL. Here's are some list of reasons, first they bought these clothing from Aliexpress and almost charge double of the price.So if you want cheaper price just go on Aliexpress, you can easily find the stuff on there. Also they do not have a customer service at all, when you contact them no one reply to you, I highly suggest to file a dispute if you've ordered on here. And like I said before most of their clothing are from Aliexpress, since it Aliexpress is in china it mostly take up to weeks for items to get shipped to the United States, so you wont hear a lot of updates from them. Dont risk your chance buying on this website or any other Chinese streetbrand website. If you want legit stuff just go on AliExpress, don't ever buy stuff on Mugensoul or any other unverified Chinese streetbrand clothing. If you're unsure do some research before checkout
