Placed a order on 1/27/20 and its now over a month and have yet to receive my order. I’ve sent 3 emails and even reached out to their Facebook page and have not received a response. Do not place a order with this company, now I have to reach out to my bank to get my money back.

scam company. stay away. didn't send items ordered and don't respond for refunds. lost money here.

Made an order February 3rd, was charged, and received an email saying they were putting together my order and I would receive and email when it was shipped. One week later I emailed them requesting an update as the order had not shipped yet and received no reply. I then emailed them again requesting a cancellation as their website says they will cancel orders no questions asked if the order has not shipped and still haven't received a reply. It has now been a total of 3 weeks since my first email and I am going to file a chargeback with my bank as their customer service is nonexistent.

I never received my item, i bought it in july 2019, and completely forgot about it until i saw a draft of an email that i sent (now its january 2020). I sent multiple emails before and got no reply, and no tracking info. DO NOT use this website, its a scam, dont be an fool like me

I ordered two items from this company recently. I got an email to let me know the items were on the way, and I got tracking information that worked. The items took about three weeks to arrive to my UK residence during the busy Xmas period.

Keep in mind that items you buy online may look slightly different when you receive them to how they do in the stock pictures, but that isn't an exclusive thing to Mugen Soul. It's just a bigger issue when you want to send an item back overseas. In general, I can't complain with the service.

I’d recommend buying from here if you’d like a challenging checkout / purchase. I bought two t-shirts and one arrived in the wrong size and the other was never received. I’ve been chasing refund for months on the one tee I never got and haven’t gotten anywhere. Stay away.

Ordered over 20 days ago ... got a mail that my order has been accepted and i'll get updated as soon as my order is ready to be shipped - still... 20 days after, i haven't recieved anything. Tried to mail them twice, no respond.

Stay away from this site, fake and scam!

Update: February 20th, 2020 - same as before - nothing arrived - not even a mail

Horrible their communication is the worst none existent. I placed an order 20 days ago item has not even shipped, I've asked for updates and there are no responses at all!!!!! STAY AWAY

I ordered over $100 in clothing for Christmas and after a week I noticed that I never received a tracking information. I have emailed them several times and no response then I went to call and the number is not In service. FAKE WEBSITE.

I placed an order over $400 on mugen and soul on June 14th and it’s now December and I have not got my package. Fake phone number, fake email and no customer service at all!
I had to get pay pal to refund my order.
DO NOT BUY from them it’s a huge scam.
Trust me save yourself the headache 🤕

So I actually ordered at mugen & soul. Before I read those reviews 😂. But I have to say I got my package and the customer support was pretty nice. But the clothes they sell are not their own. They use a method called drop shipping where they just offer products that are actually sold on Alibaba.

But yes you can order at mugen& soul, they are not fake it's just another drop shipping site

PS: the package took like 14 days

Totally complete fake of a site, you'll get scammed if you buy from here. They take the pictures off of clothing sites such as Dayhype, Anarachstyles Streewear Fashion, Osaka Streetwear, Yayukata,Niepce Inc, and a few others that I'm not aware of. These sites actually sell the clothing, but overpriced and bad quality. If you really want the clothes you see in the pictures, Aliexpress, the Chinese version of Amazon sells them, way way cheaper then the others but the same quality. Sadly the clothes made aren't the best, which is sad since they look so good, I guess you get what you pay for.

Fake website, along with others such as DAY-HYPE and Street wear fashion, it wouldn't aggravate me as much if i knew where to actually buy the items im interested in.

I ordered it a few weeks ago and the items still haven’t came yet..I emailed them when the items are coming but their hasn’t been any replies back ether. I understand it might take awhile to arrive since it’s shipping from China but it’s taking rlly-rlly long. I also saw the reviews on it being a scam so I don’t rlly know what to do now lol

fake website. all of the photos of their items on their website are from other online clothing companies like "DAYHYPE" and "ANARCHSTYLES STREETWEAR FASHION". They're a big scam the contact information on their website doesn't even work (phone number invalid no replies from email address" and the headquarter told to us by the website in reality is a vape store. even when you look at the founders of the companies names one of them is coincidentally the same name as a famous designer for a different company.
