Munro Floors Ltd Reviews

From choosing the flooring to it getting laid all the staff were very helpful. The job was completed excellently and on time. We are very happy with it.

The team turned up promptly, exactly when expected and got to work straightaway. They worked through methodically, took care with everything they did and wasted no time. They were friendly, polite and happy to explain everything they were doing. They did a quality job and I am delighted with the result.

Kevin and his team were really good - completed laying the parquet and sanding etc - very professional service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them

We decided to deal with Kevin after meeting with another couple of companies. We were not disappointed and his team turned up when they said they would, they did what they said they would and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Following advice from Kevin, we opted to cover our worn old beech sun room floor with Kärs engineered oak. What a transformation! We were delighted with the result and quality of workmanship.Amazingly, the process from inspecting the job to estimate and completion took only 4 days!
Congratulations to Kevin and his team.We have no hesitation in recommending Munro Floors.

Everyone was helpful and the work was great quality. Schedules could be a little hard to nail down, but once everything was going it was great.

Excellent help when choosing my flooring, from both Fiona (patience of a saint) and Kevin. Excellent price. Delivery due today. But so far, so good. Would highly recommend.

We had all the floors in our house sanded by Munros. A professional and incredibly dust- free process. Couldn’t be happier. From start to finish it was an excellent service. We have had floors sanded in previous properties, but these are definitely the best. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Kevin, James and Fiona.

I contacted Munro Floors with a big ask, which was to try and complete the sanding and re-varnishing of solid oak floors throughout two holiday apartments, within the space of one month (at short notice!). Kevin and Fiona were super helpful from the point of my first email and Munro Floors, duly delivered! The moving of furniture was a problem to be solved but Munro’s took this on too! The floors were first laid 11 years ago and now they look like new again. I was very grateful to the friendly Munro team for making a real effort to help me out and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Many thanks again!

Kevin and team were so efficient in their work and made time to talk through the process to make sure we were happy. Sanding and sealing our floor was carried out virtually dust free. The end result was a floor, probably better looking than the original!

Really hard graft to lift a layer of bitumen and then sand back our pine floors to a beautiful finish. Delighted with the result.

Absolutely delighted with not only the beautifully finished Boen Floor but also the service given by Munro Floors Ltd. From entering the showroom to the highly professional and very helpful team who laid the floor the whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional company who provided us with excellent quality flooring and hassle free fitting. I would highly recommend Munro Flooring.

Really good communication, friendly and hard working team. The floors looked great in the end, even though they were in pretty poor shape when they arrived.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because there were a few details that such as fireplace surround and edgings that were left very unfinished.

They were totally efficient in timing and work carried out. My floors are beautiful and I would recommend anyone to try this company you will not regret it. It’s like having a new home!
Many thanks Munro Floors.

Really pleased with our new floor. It looks great and was quickly and expertly installed by a polite and friendly team

They were completely wonderful. A very happy customer

Kevin and his team installed a new engineered wood floor in my home in April 22. Knowing that I was in a hurry to get moved in, they worked around the Easter holiday and my schedule to get the job done. The floor looks fantastic, and the team even expanded the flooring to cover some closets we hadn't discussed. Great job!

Delighted with service. The team transformed stained and unloved floor boards that has been hidden under a rotten carpet for 50 years in to what looks like a bran new floor. Absolutely stunning.
Brilliantly professional, polite, hard working and flexible. Excellent communication and understanding of client vision.
Warmly recommended xxx

We got a hardwood engineered floor fitted in our kitchen/sitting room by Munros. The guys have done a really good job -perfect - and we're delighted with it. Would definitely recommend to others.
