Needed a larger size and contacted the company. They claimed they would respond in 2 days. 9 days have passed and I'm still waiting. Won't be buying again from this company unfortunately.

It is not special: the fabric is good, but the fit is not. I would not pay more than 15 euros.

I really like their t-shirts (in fact they're awesome), but be warned that the black polo shirts fade to dark grey / charcoal colour very quickly. Mine faded after one wash (the black t-shirts I have bought from them are still jet black - the polo shirts are a different material).

MFB customer services replied "our cotton t-shirts [...] require different washing and drying conditions to the polo shirts. The polo shirts are made with a pique cotton material which needs extra additional care. We recommend that the polo be washed on a cold wash on a slow cycle and are only hung to dry, any additional drying or heater could fade the fabric."

Their website says "365-Day Guarantee
— We’re so confident in our basics that in the unlikely event that an item develops a hole, shrinks or loses colour—don’t worry about it. We’ll replace it with a new one."

I wrote to them 14 days after ordering (a far cry from the 365 days claimed), and asked for a replacement. They didn't give me one. Instead they gave me a 40% discount code for my next purchase, which isn't so bad, but also doesn't uphold the promise on their website.

I'll probably still buy their t-shirts in the future but it irks me that I now have a bunch of cotton polo shirts that need such careful washing. I think I'll keep an eye out for other suppliers.

Their reply is a lie, they didn’t even see the product, I mentioned wearing it for one hour. To them that’s excessive.What kind of scam is this?

I’ve searched online for the best fitting and quality tees and never had any luck until I found muscle fit basics! I was hesitant at first as I only saw Facebook ads but took the leap and am very happy I did.

Cheap product (polo) with weird twisted sleeves. Had to chase to get a reply from customer service a number of times even though they say they get back to you in 2 days. Had to pay for recorded delivery then they weren't in when delivered and they hadn't arranged a redelivery so I had to chase them again. Then they take off the delivery cost when you are refunded even when you didn't pay delivery in the first place. Amateurs. Avoid

Both the polos and t-shirts have a poor fit and shrink a bit even washing on 30 degrees.
This company is peddling the absolutely worst, lowest possible quality products, which if you saw in a high street retailer you would even go near.
Suspect the 5-star reviews are from friends or family.

I have had the pleasure of ordering from these guys for a while now and over the years the quality has remained the same. In my opinion Muscle Fit Basics produce the best fitting and highest quality cotton t-shirts online. The delivery is always between 1-2 working days and the customer service team are incredibly helpful. I only wish that they would stock more colours as they haven't added any to the current selection for quite some time. Excellent company and I hope they continue to grow and prosper!

I had heard of these guys through some online blogs and thought I would give them a go! The t-shirts fit perfectly and the neckline is thick and tight which is exactly what I was looking for. The delivery speed in the UK was the next day and the customer service team were very helpful with helping me with my size! Great all round experience.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs! I bought only one item and didn’t refund me the whole amount when returned (with no explanation). I had to pay for my own return package on top of that. Original delivery took weeks and even longer to answer emails to get the refund form.

Save yourself the trouble, it’s not worth your money.

Update: the vendor says they don’t refund the shipping costs but the shipping cost is zero on the receipt and shirt is being priced on the website for what I paid with no mention of shipping cost. If I bought 5 shirts I would pay 5x shipping costs?

I'm absolutely "shirtified" with my new t-shirt! It's like wearing a cloud of happiness – so soft and cozy! This shirt is my secret weapon. If you're looking to upgrade your style game, this shirt is the real deal. T-shirt tainly recommend it! 😄👕

I gave them a try as they were popping up on my social media feeds quite regularly and I like simple, non-branded, fitted T-Shirts and Polo's.

The t-shirt material is quite nice, thick and comfortable. The problem is that the neck is absolutely huge, so much so that I doubt I will wear it regularly. The sleeves are also quite long for a 'muscle fit' tee.

The polo is very short on the body, certainly compared to the tee. One wash and it risks being unwearable but then again I'm quite tall. Fit around the body is decent but the material feels more like a sports polo, I guess that's the 20% Spandex.

Not terrible but wouldn't buy from them again.

EDIT - polo has now shrunk badly and is unwearable.
