Fast and helpful customer service. What more could you want. Amazing.

I had a bunch of questions as began exploring the Music Vine library with intent to take out a subscription. I needed a solution to salvage an older project with music licence complications, and at the same time set up a years worth of coverage for the majority of my projects going forward. Dano was quick to respond with clear and friendly advice, no hard sell, just considered information which I needed. This was comforting as I was quite anxious about finding a solution that would work. After demo-ing preview tracks on an existing project, I was able to convince the client to dive into the Music Vine library and I'm now enjoying all the curated play lists and search options Music Vine has available.

I can't recommend the service quality at Misic Vine more highly. I had a problem with my subscription and licensing, and Rachel couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Excellent customer support! I had an issue with a Content ID claim on YouTube and Rachel from the support team resolved it quickly and professionally. She not only released the claim manually but also explained clearly why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. Very helpful, responsive and human approach — rare these days! Highly recommend Music Vine both for the quality of their music library and for their outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience with Music Vine support. I was having trouble safelisting our new YouTube channel for our game studio, as it wasn't appearing in the search results. Rachel Feehan reached out quickly with a very clear explanation and a clever workaround (uploading a temporary video to 'activate' the channel in the system). She even provided my Channel ID to make the process foolproof. The issue is resolved, and we’re all set for our upcoming trailer. Excellent, human support!

Communicative. Responsive. Understanding. It's rare to find all three from a customer service rep today, but Rachel delivers. We're not even a customer of Music Vine yet, but she was so service-oriented, I left feeling like I was their most important client.

We use Music Vine for all of our video projects and are continually impressed with the range and quality of their catalogue.
The staff who operate the support desk have always been quick to respond to requests and their suggestion service is very handy if you're short on time, often delivering a wide range of music options to suit our projects.
