No delivery despite tracking data
The parcel arrived 3 days ago at the local logistics centre but the courier is not delivering. Since November 28 the tracking has been showing next-day delivery. GLS and UPS are the worst couriers in the region.

Bad experience
Bad experience: they don't respond to requests for assistance, they communicated the incomplete address to GLS (bad courier as always) who didn't deliver the package to me. now I will have to follow an endless procedure to recover my package. terrible seller.

a double face experience
I really dislike not to be informed about the ordered goods were not avalable until I solicited a reply. It is not correct. However after my claim, they immediately reimbursed the whole amount of the purchase order. So I will give them another chance to show me they are professional.

Perfect goods, well support, little long delivery
I ordered a SUP on august 9th, the delivery date was foreseen on Aug 16th, the transportation whent through some delay and I received the material on Aug 18th only. having said that, the purchasing price I obtained was the BEST possible on the whole net, a very important discount compared to any other seller online, the SUP arrived well packed and in perfect conditions. I was given a free gift, a cotton bag, that unfortunately arrived with a broken sewing, so it is not possibile to use it. I'd rather preferred not to receive anything than something I couldn't use.
Aftersales service was always kind and available to support me during the delivery tracking phase and problem solving,
I will SURELY buy from muziker again, considerig the great deals and good quality.

"Open box" instead of factory original sealed package
After several days of delay of the order delivery, I received a package with the previously opened box (the order price is 1000+ EUR). The factory original insulating film and first box were missing. The item is with the clear signs of use!!!
I opened the case regarding this outrage. Waiting for their actions.
P.S. The item was finally taken back by the seller at its own expense and fully refunded.
Just avoid!

Absolutely 1st class
Not only was the price brilliant, but the USA Fender Stratocaster they shipped me instantly was perfect new untouched. When I emailed to say thank you they promptly wrote back thanking me.
Packaging was excellent (and external box over the Fender box, with lots of protective air bags inside).
All the signs of a brilliant shop.
I will go straight back to them next time I need any instruments or other music equipment and highly recommend to others. Thank you very much
