Da evitare. Spediscono dalla Slovacchia. Costi di rientro della merce difettosa molto alti. Personale dell'assistenza arrogante, che non fa quello che gli chiedi, neanche se apri una contestazione PayPal, dicendoti che stai sbagliando e devi rivolgerti solo a loro (quindi dicendoti, indirettamente, di chiudere la pratica PayPal). Sei tu che devi fare quello che dicono loro e non rispondono su PayPal con qualche scusa (a me hanno detto che il conto Muziker PayPal è accessibile solo a personale slovacco, una scusa stupida, oggi tutti parlano inglese).
Mi hanno inviato un corriere a ritirare solo metà della merce, senza aver raggiunto un accordo in tal senso, quindi di testa loro, mentre io avevo chiesto ripetutamente di rispondermi su PayPal e metterci d'accordo all'interno della contestazione PayPal. Mettendomi così in difficoltà e cercandomi di far chiudere la contestazione, come alla fine è stato (ma non per l'ostinazione dell'assistenza, quanto per il costo proibitivo del rientro della merce con corriere propostomi da Packlink.it che, per questo reso in Slovacchia, mi ha anche lui deluso non riuscendo ad assicurarmi che sarebbe stato tracciabile, dopo che l'avevo acquistato...: erano 48 euro di spedizione per due colli da 6 kg). Il corriere subito dopo nella lista era UPS e voleva 110 euro!
Lasciate perdere gli acquisti di merce pesante o voluminosa da questi signori, vi conviene.
(PayPal rimborsa fino a un massimo di 30 euro e 110 o 88 che siano delle poste italiane sono troppi per merce del valore di 300-500 euro o anche meno).

In my personal opinion, absolutely to be avoided
They ship from Slovakia. Very high return costs for defective goods. Arrogant service staff, who do not do what you ask them for, even if you open a PayPal complaint, telling you that you are making a mistake and you have to address only to them (so telling you, indirectly, to close the PayPal complaint). You are the one who has to do what they say and they will not answer on PayPal with some excuse (to me they said the Muziker PayPal account is accessible only fron people that speak only Slovakian, a silly excuse, everyone can speak English today).
They sent me a courier to pick up only half of the goods, without having reached an agreement in this sense, so on their own head, while I had repeatedly asked them to answer me on PayPal and agree within the PayPal dispute. So I got into trouble and tried to close the dispute, as in the end it was (but not for the obstinacy of the assistance, but for the prohibitive cost of the return of the goods by courier proposed to me by Packlink.it which, for this return to Slovakia, also disappointed me by not being able to assure me that it would be traceable, after I had bought it...: it was 48 euro shipping for two 6 kg packages). The next courier on the list was UPS and wanted 110 euros!
Forget about buying heavy or bulky goods from these gentlemen, you'd better.
