I have paid my JBL loudspeakers 977 euros to muziker vs 890 euros bought the same product from bax-music 5 months ago. Shipping time has been too long. At arrival the cardboard boxes were damaged in many places.

the hockey bag i bought sayed "Wheeled" in the title and in reality has no wheels. Pay more attentction to titles

Bought from them 4 lps (albums on vinyl) honest priced, arrived sealed in New described conditions, without defects, with acceptable shipping times. Top service from these guys. I will buy again in future and I recommend you help improving this particular project/shop.

I never received the goods. Their courier lost the package and has still not found it and in the meantime I'm sitting here waiting to get my money back (which obviously was charged straight away when I placed the order). Since this process is taking significantly longer than expected, and there is still no certainty if and when they would potentially be able to find the goods and deliver it, I've asked to cancel my order and reimburse me, but they refuse to do so until their (!!) courier has found the package. Absolutely unacceptable business practises and terrible customer experience.

I found the proper carrying case for my new Fishman Loudbox amp. Muziker provided good communication, a fair price and reasonable shipping. Recommended!

Esperienza d'acquisto estremaente negativa; avendo ordinato una chitarra NUOVA ricevo invece una chitarra rigata confezionata in modo indegno: imballaggio strappato, che indica una precedente apertura (forse neanche originale, infatti la chitarra letteralmente "ballava" all'interno, assoltutamente non protetta da possibili danni dovuti al trasporto) e uso dello strumento.
Avendo segnalato subito quanto riscontrato e anche avendo inoltrato reclamo e chiedendo la sostituzione della chitarra, mi viene risposto che era l'ultimo modello (non era vero, avendo verificato sul sito di musiker la disponibilità dello stesso modello anche se di colore diverso) e che mi avrebbero offero 10 euro di sconto se trattenevo la chitarra e non la rendevo. Apppariva chiaro dopo numerose email che musiker non aveva intenzione di ritirare lo strumento nè tantomeno di sostituirlo; non fidandomi, viste anche le condizioni di reso o rimborso, postume al reso e al fatto che l'ultima parola spettava a muziker, per evitare inutili disagi e trasporti in un inballo assolutamente indecente col il rischio di vedermi ritornare la stessa chitarra, ho deciso di tenerla, rigata . Di sicuro, dopo due precedenti acquisti da muziker, non acquisterò più da musiker.
Spero si utile a chi avesse intenzione di comprare da musiker.

Extreme negative shopping experience; having ordered a NEW guitar I instead receive a striped guitar packaged in an unworthy way: damaged packaging, which indicates a previous opening (perhaps not even original, in fact the guitar literally "danced" inside, absolutely not protected from possible damage due to transport) and clearly the guitar was used after the unboxing.
Having immediately reported what I found and also having forwarded a complaint and asking for the replacement of the guitar, musiker answer me that it was the latest model (it was not true, having checked the availability of the same model even if in a different color on the musiker website) and offering me 10 euro (yes, 10 euro!) discount if I kept the guitar and didn't return it. It became clear after numerous emails that musiker had no intention of withdrawing the instrument nor of replacing it; not trusting, and seen the conditions imposed by return or refund, after the return and the fact that the last word was up to muziker, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience due the transport in an absolutely indecent packaging with the risk of seeing me return the same guitar, I decided to keep it...damaged. For sure, after two previous muziker purchases, I will no longer buy to musiker. I hope it will be useful to those who intend to buy from them
