What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. The company is very easy to deal with and you have all shown an interest in the project. Any faults were dealt with immediately and fully resolved. Very happy with bathroom and service
Very happy with the bathroom and the service. Every step was easy and well organised and everyone involved was super helpful and communicated clearly and politely - Jake in the Stirling showroom, the home surveyor , the fitters and the customer service team.
The lead fitter Craig Feeney (from the Glasgow Bathroom Team) had everything organised efficiently, communicated clearly, was here when he said he'd be and was polite and respectful of my family, neighbours, property and dog. The quality of the work is great and the finished bathroom is exactly what I was hoping for.
The whole process was as painless as it can be when replacing the only bathroom in the house with a family of four. Would use again and would recommend.

First Class from start to finish
Having used the company for our Ensuite bathroom previously, it was a no brainer to go back to them for the kitchen.
Whilst the design service is effortless and the cost very reasonable, it’s the project management that tops it all off.
Having it all just arrive on time, the tradesmen all be there when they’re meant to and the kitchen finished within the week as promissed, it was all so easy for us.
Would reccomend without a shadow of a doubt

New bathroom……..
I had my new bathroom fitted recently. My beautiful were a really good company to deal with, I had several quotes elsewhere before deciding to go with them. Any issues or questions I had were dealt with timeously, I made a few changes to my order but nothing was a problem. Aga was lovely and patient throughout the process.
A big shout out goes to the fitters on the job Aaron and John (& Jamie and Mick the tilers)
These guys were great, friendly, reliable, professional, the kind of people you want in your home. The guys done a couple of extra things for me with no fuss or drama. It makes a difference to have great trades people in your home who turn up and do an excellent job. Thanks guys, I’m a very happy lady!

Fantastic new bathroom

We got a bathroom fitted around Easter…
We got a bathroom fitted around Easter this year through the Stirling branch and we have had issues with our shower however when we complained they sent out fitters who changed the cartridge. The shower was still playing up and they sent another fitter who changed the shower completely. We did wait a while for the first repair but the second repair where the shower was changed was fairly quick and the two fitters were good and when we have complained MBB have responded and have fixed the issue.

Had a great experience with MBB from helpful design tips and friendly designer Emily everything worked out perfect fitters David and Gary were fantastic working non stop removing the old bathroom tiles and fittings, then renewing and updating walls flooring plumbing etc. Then tiler Mark was exceptional complimented all the hard work the fitters had previously done new sink, toilet and shower fitted looks like a plush hotel bathroom all waste was removed the next day after completion MBB kept us posted on deliveries etc. at all times best overall experience l have had with any company would recommend MBB to anyone to anyone looking for a beautiful bathroom thanks very much guys. Make sure your whole quote includes VAT!
Mixed feelings about this company, the price they quoted for installation did not include VAT and was told by the fitter just a few days before my project began I would need to pay vat on top which would have meant over £500 more. Contacted my beautiful bathroom and they were absolutely no help. Never got a call back from them. I did manage to work it out directly with the fitter but the lack of response from this company was terrible.
My end result is a beautiful bathroom which is why I have given the 3 stars but honestly those stars are all for the fitter who was excellent and not this company directly with the exception of Natalie in the customer service team who was the only staff member who tried to help.
UPDATE - Fitter has been in touch to say the VAT problem was a mistake on his part and not the company. Good to know nothing underhand going on but their lack of response at the time was always my main problem so my opinion is the same - mixed feelings.

We understand you felt there was a lack of response on our part and it was only Natalie who was helping. We apologise if this is how it came across. This was not the case. Our Project Manager who oversees the installation teams we recommend was communicating in the background with the fitter and Natalie to get a resolution to ensure you did not incur any additional charges. We are sorry that this was not explained to you and you felt we had stepped back.
This installer is VAT registered and we are happy to hear that we managed to sort the issue and no additional costs were incurred to you.
However, we appreciate your honest feedback and highlighting this issue to us. We will certainly look at this particular fitter an will address this issue with the installer direct to ensure this does not happen with any other customer and will no longer recommend this installer.
Again, we are sorry this has been the case and you are left feeling unhappy with your experience with us.

Worst experience ever!
I would not recommend this company for a kitchen installation. From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The fitter who turned up wasn’t even supposed to be on the job, and it quickly showed -there were countless issues with the work. Despise raising my concerns, no compensation was offered, and the job was signed off without any proper checks.
On top of that, trying to get hold of anyone at the company was almost impossible. Calls and messages went unanswered, and I felt completely ignored once they had my money. For such a big purchase, I expected professionalism, accountability and support -but I received none of that.
Overall a very poor experience and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify a number of points regarding your installation.
When the issues were flagged, we acted swiftly and professionally. A member of our team attended your property to carry out a full inspection of the work to ascertain the standard of the original work carried out.
Although you had paid the original fitter directly and in full, we took it upon ourselves to rectify the outstanding work at our own cost, in the interest of delivering a satisfactory result.
We arranged for a different fitter to return and complete the remaining work at our cost, even though we did not receive any money for the initial installation. There are very few companies, if any, who would take on costs for issues they did not cause or been paid for.
Following the remedial work being carried out, we made several efforts to contact you via phone and message to make sure everything was to your satisfaction and sign off the work, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Throughout this process, we have gone above and beyond what is reasonably expected to ensure the issues were resolved.
Furthermore, the original installer is no longer on our recommended list of tradespeople to ensure this experience is not repeated by any other customer.
We always strive for high levels of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we stand by the steps we took to resolve the matter in a timely and fair way.
