Terrible company. Ordered the Massage gun at the beginning of April. They emailed immediately, as they had an issue with my address, which i rectified immediately. Chased and Chased for a tracking number - nothing! sent 4 or 5 chaser emails - nothing! So requested a refund - nothing! after a further 3 emails, I finally get a reply to say they will process my refund.. they didnt and then proceeded to deliver the item anyway! I would not recommend or would I use this company again. I now need to take time out to go and return the item, as i had already purchased somewhere else. Terrible customer services.

Still not received information on postage details 1 week later.

It's a scam,no proper customer service contacts. Try the email and number before you order.

I ordered the massage gun from this company, they sent confirmation about the product order but they not give any future details, after one week I ask them how I can track my product they didn’t reply I sent few more emails, end of 15 days they sent me answer “ would you like refund “ after again silence and no news. I will report the company and will claim my money back.

Before you make a decision purchase the product make sure the owner respond to you and give guarantee that the item will be delivered

Received my order after 4 weeks

I love this product. It's helped so much already after my workouts. It's worked all my knots out that I've struggled with for months. Best buy ever.

Terrible! It came… stitched it on, smelt burning… it would not switch back off!?
That was last week, still awaiting a email back!

Orded on the 3rd april says getting ready despatch in 2/3 days express delivery Royal mail .7th April order on its way no tracking details,asked for tracking details got it on the 14th after parcel delivery by royal mail 24 on Monday 11th. Not good ,poor notification of parcel.

After receiving the massager it never worked properly so they agreed on a refund. I paid for recorded p&p so I know they received it & I have not had the refund this was a month ago !!! Also they don’t reply to emails or answers phone messages, DISGRACEFUL!!! Do NOT BUY !!!!!!

The product was poor quality, so arrange a return and refund after several attempts at getting hold of them. Sent product back and waited, chased and waited over 7 weeks for a refund although they stated I would have it within 5-7 days. Very poor customer service, ignore emails, inaccurate information and not a company I would ever use again

The product was to be shipped last Tuesday.

Then it was meant to be shipped last Friday. (Date supplied the tracking number by Chloe)

Here we are nearly 2 weeks after purchasing and the product still hasn’t been shipped.

Stay well clear of this company.
