Basic Service for the price of logbook service
When making the appointment website was saying we will do whatever Holden require for this logbook service. However, when it comes to replacing the spark plugs which was clearly shown in the service logbook given by Holden I was told that I had to pay extra. I was told that I didn’t pay for it. For that money all they did was replaced the oil and the oil filter.Well, I paid for the logbook not for the basic service. When I asked them then what’s the difference between basic Service and the logbook service they said they write the service on the logbook. What a joke!

I got charged extra when I arrived…
I got charged extra when I arrived which I did not expect through my online order. They didn't give my car a wash either. They told me that my car needed other work done and the quote they offered me seemed really over inflated.

Not the most prompt and friendly welcome. The reception area was littered with leaves and had dirty windows. My 1 hour wait time for a simple puncture fix was extended to 1 1/2 hours so a lunch break could be taken. I returned and my wheel was not on my car, so I'm tipping l didn't receive a wheel balance...I'm a local resident who won't be returning.

Car service
It was local so easy to drop my car off..took it there at 8.00am but wasn’t ready till about 20 to 4… would have been nice if I could have dropped it off a little later.. that’s the only criticism.. the guy that served me was polite and explained what I might need to have done and when. So overall job well done 👍
Booked GWM Haval H6 for service
My husband booked my Haval H6 for service and was quoted $720. When he picked up car he was informed that no spark plugs were available and that onboard computer could not be reset because mycare Carrum Downs did not have the equipment. He was still charged the full service amount even though I had ask them to source the parts from GWM. He then had to book in to a GWM dealership to get the spark plugs and reset costing him a further $280 costing a total of $1000.
We'll never use Mycar again.
