The team at mycar Tyre & Auto in Deer Park have looked after a couple of our cars over the past few years & always do a great job.
They’re quick and thorough, and clearly explain everything that needs to be done, especially when additional costs are needed. I always feel like I’m driving out in a new car!

Did a regular half a year service and Mycar Deer Park was fantastic. John was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a breakdown about the condition of the car and which part of the car needs to be repaired/replaced in the future. Highly recommended!

I called MyCar Deer Park and they said they didn’t have any available spots till the week after the day of my call. Roughly an hour later i received a call back from them saying they can fit me in on the next day! Was so ecstatic about this due to work/life balance and them proactively contacting me to book in the next day was great!
The service i got from dropping my car off, contacting me to advise the identified issue outside of the logbook service i booked, to promptly completing the carried out services and picking up my car the next day… Best experience i’ve had with a mechanic in the 20years of me driving.
Will be more than happy to go back to MyCar Deer Park, and refer them to family and friend. Thank you, friends at Deer Park MyCar

Absolutely Amazing

I was around the corner and my exhaust fell off my car. I rang them up and they told me I could come in. I slowly drove my car there and they fixed it for me straight away at no charge.

John was lovely, he explained everything really well and got the car fixed in time for pick up. He was friendly, patient with a good attitude.

Excellent, prompt service, good communication - let me know about my wheel alignment issues (turns out insurance company didn't fix my car properly after it was involved in an accident last year)

The job was completed. However, the staff didn't answer my question or provide me with an explanation when I asked what the probable cause of my flat tire was. Some people would really find it helpful if you can answer their queries even if it's just a short answer.

The guys were great. Informed me of issues with the car. Left it to me to see what I could and couldn't afford. Most places would tell you everything was important and needed fixing now. Not these guys. They tell you what needs doing now, what you can leave until later and also what doesn't really need doing. They don't lie and tell you things just so they can make a buck. They are honest and tried to find cheaper options. Will definatley use them again.
