A1 Service from a great company

What a great team! They performed my service recently and provided me with information as to what issues I had with my vehicle. I was asked if I wanted to fix or leave the issues as they did not cause any safety concerns. With the service, I was also provided with 12 months of road service. I will definitely be going back for my next service or mechanical issue.

Untrustworthy!

Why bother telling me to "call back in the new year" to fix an issue with my car, only to tell me now you don't do that sort of work? An issue was created when I had my car fixed at Figtree, I've been fobbed off a number of times now over it - everyone passes the buck, don't trust this workshop!

Air filter replacement

Was supposed to have the air filter replaced , they had none in stock compatible .
Was told they were gonna get part ..
Rang up twice inquiring about the replacement ..
No phone call or replacement part it’s been almost 3 months

The service was done on time

The service was done on time. The 'on sell' suggestions were expensive and indeed may not have been required. For example it was suggested that I get yet another pollen filter at $70 where I bought the same unit for $20 on the internet. Installation was literally 10 minutes. Indeed the dampener arm was not replaced on the glove box during the service. Again the rear windscreen wiper was replaced @$40 which could have been replaced with a new blade.
It was good to be advised to keep an eye on my rear tyres but they clearly are not due for replacement Now. (as was suggested first up).
