Very professional

Took in my car after I had it towed there and kept it safe in the workshop until the mechanic got back from leave. Had it fixed the very day he got back to work. Prompt service, reasonable prices.

Darryl looked after me extremely well. I had come in randomly as my car just started steaming out of the bonnet and it broke down nearby, he immediately organised a mechanic to come straight out, ordered parts then had it fixed ready for pick up by the next morning. I am so grateful as I don’t know what I would’ve done without his help. Darryl is very friendly, polite, respectful and extremely good at his job. I highly recommend this place and speak to Darryl for amazing customer service and care.

No way to give 4 and a half stars unfortunately.

Ended up with the wrong part, which I now have to sell, repair not done as I could not afford the correct part, havin paid for incorrect one, service done on my Chery, but not able to turn off the service alert on the car’s computer- not a great outcome!

The staff at mycar were polite and upfront about the necessary work required on our vehicle. They completed the work in a suitable timeframe and were very helpful.

I needed to get my spare repaired as I recently had a flat tyre.
I popped in expecting something to happen the next week. They said my tyre was still under warranty and lucky enough, they had my tyre in stock. I drove away less than half an hour later with a brand new tyre and didn’t pay a cent. I won’t go anywhere else.
