From booking the car in and the availability at short notice to the pleasant and professional staff. Our car was overdue for a major service and they accommodated my needs. Completed the service in a reasonable timeframe, we also had an unexpected repair requiring immediate action to the PCV system (split hose) rather than sourcing a genuine part and potentially a long delay and costly, being a Friday too most likely not in stock at the dealership he use a suitably fitting generic hose costing a fraction of the price of a genuine one too. All I can say is real Mechanics work here.

Came in to ask if i needed to replace my tires and the team checked my tires and said no wasnt nessacary, i did ask about a wheel alignment which they happily did.

Manager is excellent, had a screw in tyre within the 12 months of purchase. Because it couldn't be repaired, they replaced it for free.

The fuss are always happy to help out and work in with the customer I take both of my cars there the Gladstone team are amazing

Friendly staff, always helpful, never any trouble getting work done. Would recommend to anyone.
