Was absolutely disgusted that I took my car in to have a vald tyre replaced and was told no more than 2hrs. After 2hrs I returned to collect my car only for them to hand me back my car with the bald tyre still on the car.

Being kept informed about the extra work that was required on my car was terrific.
I did notice though the unusual high mileage (8km) for the test drive.

Professional, prompt , polite and the staff member at first point of call via phone was very knowledgeable and caring .

Fixed my car earlier than expected.Allup front with cost and what was needed.

Great service every time. I only get my car serviced at Mycar. They never go past the quote and if anything else needs to be fixed they call to check.

Great service and good pricing. Booked me for in to have 2 tyres and wheel alignment that day.

Customer service was fantastic. Was able to get my service done is a short timeframe and notified more issues and fixed them during the service

Friendly and efficient service. Due to having a rather large van they were able to move my booking from the original centre to one that could accommodate my vans height. Wheel alignment and tyre was done fast. Would recommend.

I was able to leave my vehicle there, go into Westfield & pass the time enjoyably & then Mycar rang me when they said they would to let me know my vehicle was ready to be collected. It was all very organised & professional.

Efficient, helpful service. Good communication...kept me informed on the progress of the work and offered options.
Completed the work on the vehicle earlier than expected.

The team member I dealt with was rude, hung up on me and gave inaccurate information, costing me additional money I was not made aware of until collection.

After spending $2.5k there in the past 5 days, I will never use My Car ever again.

They are open about any extra repairs that need to be done and explain if they are urgent or are coming up in the future. The car is always left clean and tidy and they are always polite and helpful.

Hi the service was good. Initial point of contact for customer service was good. Then at the My car centre helensvale, the person at the desk was polite and helpful. I did a tyre rotation and wheel balancing. From my experience from other places i used to get a report for the same, which i didnt get from here and when asked i was informed that they dont do it . Apart from that all went well.

Everything requested was completed satisfactorily. Reasonably priced. Courteous staff
