The staff here are fantastic and every time my car has had a service or repairs, I've left there feeling a bit more knowledgeable than the visit before, thanks to them taking the time to educate me about certain things relating to my car. I really appreciate this.

We are very happy with Mycar at Helensvale. We have been using them for over ten years. Their professionalism is what brings us back. Car services are always well done with reasonable charges. The personnel are very approachable.

I recently had my car serviced and was advised that I needed new engine mounts. I was also told that these parts could not be sourced by you, but that if I was able to obtain them, you would fit them.
I purchased brand new engine mounts from Repco — the same supplier you order from — and brought them and have the receipt. However, I have now been told that you cannot fit parts supplied by customers.
These are new, genuine parts in their original packaging, and this sudden change in approach is disappointing. It feels as though your policy is discouraging me from returning as a customer.

Friendly staff and work completed in a timely manner.
