The only reason it was 4 stars is…
The only reason it was 4 stars is because I couldn’t get through on the phone all day Friday. The guy explained that he was extremely short staffed that day.

Unable to deal with European car
Booked and paid for a service. Advised there were faults identified by diagnostic scanner. They couldn't fix any of them and was advised to take car to a European car specialist. Car still has notification that oil change and service is still due. Now have to find another day to get the car reviewed
