I booked on Saturday for tyre change on…
I booked on Saturday for tyre change on Monday 10am and was told that my booking on Monday 10am is confirmed. On Monday 10am I arrived but was told there’s no booking under my name and rego number. That was strange. The man behind the counter was very helpful and he took my car in and within an hour, I had my two front wheel changed including the wheel alignment was done.
I was very impressed. Good job to those guys.

Van service
They were able to fit me in on short notice and processed the job in an efficient manner. Didn't sting me for any extras only did what was required at that service. Also and this is the bit that impressed me, the mechanic looked up specific details regarding my vehicle, tyre pressures etc so that or was done correctly. Didn't assume based on the usual as it were.

They didn't thoroughly investigate the…
They didn't thoroughly investigate the issue of my fuel gauge which has been malfunctioning. They informed me that they would remove the tank and find the fault. But they didn't do it for lack of staff. What they did was just scanned for the electrical fault. Not happy with their service.

Why a 5 hour time quote?
Was told to have my car there at 8am. Doors weren't even open. When I left to go home at 8.55am my car hadn't moved from where I had parked it. Was originally told to pick my car up at 1pm, so 5 hours?. Thought that was quite long for just a standard service.
