Luke was so helpful!
Things to be aware of:
1. When you drive there for a service, it seems fine to go directly into their garage even though there are signs that say do not enter
I didn't know where else to park the car, and when I did that, no one seemed to mind
2. There's only a small waiting area, so it's better to drop things off instead of waiting around in the small space that literally has a service desk, 3 small lounge chairs, and access to a toilet
Good things:
1. Even though it's a small waiting area, the a/c's on to keep the place cool, and you can ask the front desk for some water (I saw them offer a customer a bottle from the back)
2. One of their team members was so helpful! His name is Luke and he explained things clearly and patiently when it came to recommending the appropriate parts. I would return there just based on how trustworthy Luke seemed!
