Top-notch service
Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They detected an issue with my car that BMW had missed. They fixed the problem promptly and for a reasonable price. These boys are top-notch.
Bad experience with staff member
I recently had my car serviced and made a part payment, including the discount I had received. When it came time to pay the remaining balance, I simply asked that the total amount be adjusted by deducting the discount. Instead of assisting me, the staff laughed at my request, leaving me embarrassed.
I chose not to argue further and instead contacted the Care Team, where a representative kindly assisted me and refunded the discounted amount. He could see on the system that I had been charged the normal price.
Due to this experience, I will no longer be visiting MyCar in Phillip, nor will I be recommending their services to my colleagues or family members. I will suggest that people check their invoices properly before making payments.

Would have been 5 stars but the guy who served our son (picking up his car) gave him a hard time about payment. Payment had been made online at booking but this guy claimed it had not been processed.
After some back and forth he worked out it had actually been paid.
Maybe train your staff on how your systems work and train them to be polite not "cranky".
