Extremely helpful

Extremely helpful, friendly and honest. After having the car towed to the workshop the work was completed very quickly which was greatly appreciated.

Ive been using my car since it was kmart. Have seen staff come and go but no matter what i have always found them to be very friendly and always going out of there way to help me and take care of my car. Will always use them

Great experience

Great experiences on several visits and they have done a fair bit of work on both of my cars. Tyson is honest, genuine and really cares. He takes the time to talk things through and answer all your questions. He did a great job of explaining everything and provided lots of really helpful advice to me. Super knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. Would highly recommend and will continue to get my work done here.

Top-notch service

Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They detected an issue with my car that BMW had missed. They fixed the problem promptly and for a reasonable price. These boys are top-notch.

Bad experience with staff member

I recently had my car serviced and made a part payment, including the discount I had received. When it came time to pay the remaining balance, I simply asked that the total amount be adjusted by deducting the discount. Instead of assisting me, the staff laughed at my request, leaving me embarrassed.

I chose not to argue further and instead contacted the Care Team, where a representative kindly assisted me and refunded the discounted amount. He could see on the system that I had been charged the normal price.

Due to this experience, I will no longer be visiting MyCar in Phillip, nor will I be recommending their services to my colleagues or family members. I will suggest that people check their invoices properly before making payments.

I must mention Darren on his efficiency…

I must mention Darren on his efficiency and great customer care. This is not the first time he has managed to help me out in such short notice in Phillip ..also in Deakin! Thank you Ver Much for getting my lamps sorted out before a trip interstate!! It is service like this we continue to return👏

Would have been 5 stars but the guy who…

Would have been 5 stars but the guy who served our son (picking up his car) gave him a hard time about payment. Payment had been made online at booking but this guy claimed it had not been processed.
After some back and forth he worked out it had actually been paid.
Maybe train your staff on how your systems work and train them to be polite not "cranky".
