New Tyre replacement
I booked for a tyre replacement. First the call went to some other store .
When i noticed in invoice i called back to that store and the store person told that she will tale cate and move to my preferred store southland.
But when i called to check before a week it was not booked in Southland.
So i rebooked.
When i went to replace tyre , Southland store accepted the car and later i got a call and came to know that the required tyre is not available .
I have to reschedule and choose different brand tyre.
It was bit inconvenient as i have to take two days off from work.
The store person was good but the whole process was bit inconvenient.

Fantastic car service and repair
Always the most fantastic customer service at mycar Southland. Very knowledgeable, reliable and well priced repairs. The whole team seems very professional and the business well run. Also super convenient because I do my shopping while the car is in being worked on. I can very highly recommend mycar for car servicing, repairs and tyres.

I called mycar a few days before xmas and they were able to advise how to check my tyre size, checked what tyres I would need, what was in stock and booked me in the following day.
