Pretty disappointed in the service I received. I was told to come in earlier for my appointment which was a vehicle inspection which I did. I had to then wait almost 4 hours for my car to be ready- for an inspection that was expected to take 1 hour. I had to walk around the shops with my newborn baby. No apology for the wait from staff. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the inspection was completed at a satisfactory standard.

We ordered Tyres x 4 to be fitted and then had to adjust the day to suit as a quick change.The MyCar service centre did this for us and fixed up a size issue with Tyres.
They also got Tyres ordered in sooner.
Great service provided at a busy time for them and us.

Really pleased with our recent car service - car is running beautifully afterwards! Staff are extremely courteous and professional too. Outstanding.

Never again, manager was gruff and rude, forgot to book my car in for a simple job plugs and coil pack, and did not like me telling him had served me days before and apparently booked the car in. When I went back to pick up the car the job was not done and made up excuses they’re too busy, there are other problems with car which I checked we’re false, and he referred me to a friend who had a mechanical business. A very suspicious experience and never will use mycar again.

It was easy to drop off and pick up my car. There was communication throughout the day. The staff were professional and friendly.

The manager, Anthony, was fantastic. Despite being short-staffed he got the job done quickly and looked after all the customers that came in while I was there. He was absolutely terrific!

Excellent service and care. They fit me in for emergency breakdown service when most other branches were fully booked. Very grafeful
