Found an issue where another charger seemed to have become associated with my install, and used MyEnergi's online support to report the issue on a Sunday night.
Monday morning I received a phone call, and once serial numbers were confirmed, Emma and team remotely cleaned up the configuration but also guided me on some local checks to do.

Car charging problem
I was having problems charging my car overnight under Echo Plus mode to avail of the cheaper electricity rates as Iv'e been doing for the last three years. This problem seemed to happen out of the blue! AI didnt provide me with a solution but once I got my ticket Clodagh from Myenergi did and did so very professionally with clarity all within 15 or minutes or so. I could not praise her enough. Neil
Patient and precise advice to resolve my problem
I relied upon email and its bot for communication to resolve my problem. Only when I was able to speak to a human, Elana, was I able to resolve my issues - by re-pairing my 3 devices. Elana was patient, precise and pleasant. My advice would be connect by phone sooner and wait patiently for a connection.
Great customer support
I had issues connecting my eddie to the app. I contacted support desk and Emma guided me through the whole process and got it sorted for me. I have to say she was very patient as it took a lot of email.
Fixed Eddi with easy to follow instructions
Had an issue with my Eddi after 5 years of use. It took a while to get a response from them. Once I did, they sorted the problem very quickly with very clear instructions on what I needed to do at my end. All sorted now. Have a zappi as well. Love both products.

I had an issue where my Zappi car charger was not working . I sent a request into Myenergi Support and Emma contacted me and gave me guidance on all the steps to take to get it reset. Emma's assistance made a frustrating issue easy to resolve.

I ran into some difficulties with my home configuration, I logged the call with Support and within 12 hours the support team had logged onto the site and forwarded clear steps on how to resolve the issue. When I looked for follow up information I received it within the hour. Fantastic service. R Nolan

My installer set up my zappi glo & left without testing the unit. There was a flashing red light that Clodagh in the myenergi Ireland tech support was able to send very clear instructions so I was able to get my zappi glo working perfectly.
The support by email option really worked for me due to the long wait on the helpline the day I called.
Eddi not functioning
I had a problem with my Eddi not heating the water even though the sun was shining all day. I contacted Myenergy Ireland and a very helpful lady called Emma sorted me out within 30 minutes. She was extremely helpful and I thank her sincerely for her help and assistance.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Clodagh was able to identify the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, step by step. She even wrote an explanation in an email for my solar company.

My app stopped workimg and Energi cannot be reached by email, phone or online web contact form.
I am taking them to the smal claims court for contract failure.
Amazing customer support, without need for phone call and super quick
Have been having problems with my app for a week; have been thinking of contacting customer support but today found the e-ticket and submitted a form. Within less than 15min received an email explaining why my issue was happening and that the lady (Emma) had remotely fixed it. It's now working perfectly fine. Thank you Emma.
Helpful advice
Clodagh Technical Support Assistant (Ireland) was my contact person. She was very helpful and gave me very clear instructions which helped me work out the fault. This turned out to be a faulty thermostat on the Megaflow water tank.
