After an initial issue getting to speak with someone about a problem with the app, I had to go through the sales dept, Emma was very patient in helping me get logged back on. The app is back working and I’m a happy customer!
Customer service as it should be
We’d an issue with our solar set up and our installer identified the issue and referred us to Myenergi as they were best placed to resolve the issue. The next morning after submitting a ticket, I had a comprehensive email with instructions on how to sort the problem. We followed up with a call and talked to Fiona and she was brilliant. Friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Talked us through reconfiguration of our system. Fantastic example of what customer service should be like. Thank you.

Having changed my broadband provider the myenergi app went down and the eddi stopped working having tried to get sorted on the app for 3 days I eventually got a ticket number and I got through to a human operator and this is when everything changed Fiona how can I thank you for your patience kindness and wonderful knowledge you had the issue sorted in less than 5 minutes thank you

Clodagh was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient & a pleasure to talk too this afternoon. Having an issue with my ZAPPI GLO for some weeks now, Clodagh could talk me through the setup procedure & through her expertise recognised the problem I had. Fantastic service and communication from Emma
I had Eddi water heater installed by a third party as part of overall Solar PV and Battery storage.
System worked great for a while after install with plenty of hot water.
However, I noticed this reduced - I assumed due to shorter days and less Solar PV during winter.
I then noticed one day that Eddi stated G100 limit exceeded.
I contacted my installer who recommended I contact MyEnergi to discuss.
Emma has been outstanding - prompt responses via email, clear instructions and addressed all queries.
I had to connect Eddi to WiFi and link to MyEnergi app as this had not previously been done.
Emma was then able to review the system remotely.
I ended up having to do a full factory reset and pair the Eddi and Harvi units.
I completed these tasks with clear instructions from Emma of what options and settings to use.
Just need good sunny days to maximise my Solar PV production!

I had a problem whereby the Zappi wifi connection disconnected and rebooting didn't resolve matters. I emailed myenergi and Emma got back and after a few back and forth emails and a phone call she was able, with much patience, to resolve my problem.

What made my experience great? CLODAGH! Had a small issue with my zappi glow (Internet connection to the appliance), and Clodagh was so helpful. She was very clear in her communication, walking me through every steps and got everything working again pretty quick.

Myenergi app showed system was offline. Clodagh in myenergi office was very helpful. She very quickly guided me through the Eddie menu to check offline status. She advised to switch Eddie off and on using the switch underneath. She then confirmed the Eddie and Zappi were back online. Myenergi App is working perfecting again.

Excellent Customer Service.
I had issues with my recently installed Zappi Glo...I won't go into detail but suffice to say, I was at a dead end. I messaged the helpline and got in touch with Emma in the Belfast Office. She rang me and talked through the problem. It was rather complicated, and 6 emails later, she had it sorted for me.
Emma was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times during our interactions. She must have the patience of Joab to deal with technically deficient pensioners like myself.
