Issues with my system
I was having issues with my system. Fiona was looking after me and she was fantastic. Replying to my emails promptly and sometimes even within minutes which is rare. Then she talked me through the troubleshooting and everything is back and running.

Once I got past the AI on the website 🥴 and connected with Emma the Customer Service rep, all was well. My Zappi had got stuck in self-checking mode following a power outage in the area. Emma was excellent - talked me though all the steps to do a hard reset and the Zappi is now working perfectly again. Great job Emma!

Excellent support for configuration of Zappi and Eddi
When I first contacted myenergi, I struggled with the AI responses. However, once I got through to the customer support team the guidance was excellent. Fiona walked me through setting up my Zappi, Eddi and fixed some configuration issues I was having. The system is working perfectly now. Fiona was polite and patient as I travelled between devices, and made sure everything was set up correctly.

I'm very happy with the myenergi helpline. We couldn't figure out why our zappi glo wouldn't connect to our internet. We're pretty tech savvy so we tried everything to get to the bottom of it before ringing. Emma in Myenergi went through our app with us and spotted the problem very quickly. We were very impressed. Everything is working perfectly now
MyEnergi are good products backed by very poor customer service
MyEnergi are good products backed by very poor customer service.
I have a Libbi battery system fro just over a year, I was instructed by email to apply a firemware update and that made one of the batteries inoperable. This was on 3rd Oct 2025.
When I spotted abnormal LED on one of the batteries I raised a ticket in early November.
Tier 4 engineer confirmed that MyEnergi was aware the update “Bricked” battery packs, yet MyEnergi did not contact customers who MyEnergi knew or should have know were affected by this issue (Telemetery confirmed the issue, they had access to this all along).
After over a month of no real progress it was confined that the battery had to be replaced, it was sent out and I received it in the second week of February 2026.
ePower were contracted to replace the faulty battery and subcontracted the work to a third party who thought when they contact me that they were replacing a Zappi car charger. They agreed to do the work on the 19th Feb.
19th Feb came and went with no further contact and a no show.
Since then no update on when this will be fixed from MyEnergi. Lots of were very sorry, and week long lack of updates.
Emma was wonderful
Emma was wonderful. She explained each step in a manner which I could follow and answered every question with patience and understanding. If only we could get someone as pleasant and efficient as Emma when we have to ring organisations, the world would be a better place.

The staff, i.e., Clodagh, was absolutely excellent. I had a lot of problems with the Zappi and the Eddi, and she stayed with me to the bitter end until all was sorted. Now a happy man.

After an initial issue getting to speak with someone about a problem with the app, I had to go through the sales dept, Emma was very patient in helping me get logged back on. The app is back working and I’m a happy customer!
Customer service as it should be
We’d an issue with our solar set up and our installer identified the issue and referred us to Myenergi as they were best placed to resolve the issue. The next morning after submitting a ticket, I had a comprehensive email with instructions on how to sort the problem. We followed up with a call and talked to Fiona and she was brilliant. Friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Talked us through reconfiguration of our system. Fantastic example of what customer service should be like. Thank you.
