Family Outings North East Reviews 

This was the best coach trip I’ve been on the coach was lovely & clean the staff were amazing & very friendly & we got full days Alton towers. We arrived when it opened & left when it closed we were a party of 5 & we didn’t have a stranger sat next to us. I’ve recently been on another trip to the same park with a different coach company which cost me more money & we only for 4hrs each day at the park. I will recommend family outings to anybody. I will be using them again in the future. The only thing that would make it better would be more pick up points .

Just on my way home from London & Harry Potter studios trip, absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish the host Leanne was great with activities for kids, quizzes, films & drinks service. The driver Jason was fab with his knowledge of London & gave us a sightseeing tour while driving back to the hotel!
The hotel was great very clean & perfect transport links into London if you wanted to stay in London longer, we had from 1pm till 8pm of free time to explore London which was great.
Harry Potter Studios was amazing & again Jason’s knowledge of the area was amazing & helped with hints & tips for while in the attraction, Leanne even got a birthday badge for my daughter so she got a special treat when in the studios.
I have used other coach companies in the past for lots of trips from Disneyland Paris, London, Scotland & this has been by far the best coach company / trip we have ever used.
I would 100% recommend family & friends & we are already planning our next trip with you.

Just returned from trip to Blackpool.
Beautiful hotel great location.
Excellent coach company easy booking and straightforward transaction great communication.
Hostess on bus was brilliant gave all information needed and recommended good places to eat and visit.
Credit to the company she ensured everyone was looked after throughout the journey there and back.
Would definitely recommend Family Outings to anyone wanting to book a trip.

Excellent trip with our favourite host Leanne and our amazing driver Csaba. My daughter said it was the best trip ever.
We got lots of time at each location, arrived at Drayton Manor before opening and just had a brilliant two days.

Very good, service overall, definitely need to bring the pick up point back to Newcastle. As had to travel abit. To get to pick up point

We have now travelled with Family Outings twice now and can never fault them. First trip was to Flamingoland in October 2023 which was great! and we have just come back from an Alton Towers two day trip. Comfortable journey, driver was great and friendly and our hostess Lyndsey was lovely. Very warming, welcoming and catered for everybody brilliantly. I travelled with young children and they cater for them very well. Free colouring packs and Disney films shown throughout the journey on every trip which is brilliant! Thankyou again for another great trip, will be travelling with you again soon

Brilliant day trip to Windermere and Ambleside. The whole trip was brilliant from start to finish. Picked up exactly on time and arrived at time stated. Plenty of time in each destination. Full instructions given on meeting points etc. Lyndsey the host was lovely and James the driver did a fab job. Thank you. Will def use them again

Friendly staff and great prices, family outings has given me the opportunity to take my children to many places I wouldn't of been able to get to with me not driving and with the option to pay a deposit and rest beforehand and a chance to save is fantastic especially with the way things are at the minute for many people and families 😀

Definitely a 5 star from me . Amazing staff amazing comfortable travelling.. everything was perfect! highly recommend! He had a 2 day stay in Blackpool we have booked to go again soon!

Had a fantastic day at York Maze today. Timings were spot on, arrived early and stayed until closing time. Friendly staff, service of hot and cold drinks on the bus and colouring and movies for the kids.
Would highly recommend for days out and other experiences.

Went with them to Chester Zoo on 27th July 24, 2nd time with this company and won't use another...

We have done a couple of trips with Family Outings now and honestly, can’t fault anything. From start to finish their trips are brilliant, very friendly staff, lovely service, drinks on board(hot/cold) very well priced, colouring packs for kids, movies and toilet is available to use whenever needed unlike other coach companies I’ve used previously. Got to our destination before the theme park had even opened, left 15 minutes after closing which gave everyone plenty of time to get back to the coach etc, brilliant company.
Would recommend Family Outings to anyone!

Fab easy and comfortable trip to Edinburgh to see Taylor swift.

We done 1night and 2days at Lego land. It was absolutely amazing. Leanne looked after us amazing on the bus and had lots on information on the park especially the Lego land app that was really helpful and place to eat around the hotel where we stayed. Bus was lovely and clean cold and hot drinks served, and USB points to charge iPads/phones/tablets.
