We really are sorry this happened. We had a major issue with our stock system that was beyond our control; this has now been fixed and we're really very sorry your order was affected. If we can help with anything please let us know; we have also had a lot of restocks recently so this may well be back in stock.
Bad service, don’t recommend it
I ordered a backpack from their website and they said it would take 5-12 business days and after 14 days they asked me for my address even though I attached it to the website then I gave them my address and on the 16 day they canceled my order. and there excuse was that the item is out of stock. If it is out of stock, why did you accept my order in the first place? Why did you let me wait 16 days for nothing? When I entered the site, I found that the backpack I ordered was available!!!, and after they canceled my order, I tried to contact them, but they did not respond. I started school for three weeks now and I’m using my old dusty backpack because of them. I do not recommend them, the service is bad. I won’t be satisfied until they compensate me with a new backpack. still waiting for an answer

In addition to this, we have had an issue with our stock system beyond our control which is now fixed. We really are sorry this took so long to sort out for you and have now got measures in place with the address issue to ensure this will not happen again. Worst experience ever
I've ordered my bag from website as item in stock. Payment gont, confirmation sent. Day after message came in: this item is not in stock??? Waiting 5 working days for refund and when asked which bag is in stock - answer was: we have other items in the same colour??? Probably automated response. My first and last experience with this company. Recommendation: stay away if you can. Ordered bag fro Netherlands - came without issues in 5 days!

Great Service
Great service. Ordered a Kanken Mini, which was too small, returned & had the refund within a few days. Meanwhile, I had ordered a slightly larger bag, which was perfect and was delivered within a few days of ordering. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a bag in July and I haven't received it
I ordered a bag in late July and still I haven't received it, and I believe I will never receive it after I contacted costumer service at least twice and haven't had any satisfactory answer, on top of that they have a spam mail problem which I fall for it despite all the warning signs, since I was really desperate for the bag that I wanted for so long but finally I had enough money to spend, where I lose ABOUT TRIPLE THE PRICE OF THE BAG and froze my bank account to make sure they won't steal more. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Kanken 15 inch backpack
I first was really hesitated because i thought if i didnt biy at the oroginal fjallraven shop i would be scammed but after two days of ordering the bag arrived in the perfect condition. The delivery is free after 50£ which is super. The team of My Fox Bag is really amaizing because it replies to your emails really fast. And the prices are worth it. I bought a Fjallraven Kånken 15 inch which I was inspired by Ruby Granger. I will always buy fjallraven things at this shop it is the best.
