Fast delivery, excellent vinyl cabinet bigger than we thought but. That’s a positive thing. Will definitely look at site again for other aspiring things.

I pride myself for finding the best deals on the internet and could not find anyone else to beat My Furniture Direct prices. Ordering was straightforward, place my order online got one confirmation email one phone call later to confirm delivery date. The delivery driver was very pleasant with no problems job done.

Furniture despatched but the courier never arrived on the slot I was given Friday afternoon. Cannot call courier and no phone number for My Furniture Direct, can only email. They never explained why it wasn't delivered and on Monday when I asked for an update via email I was advised the tracking showed the Furniture had been delivered. It hadn't. They quickly advised me it was due to arrive about an hour later! Lucky I had checked and was free to be at home. Bad communication and frustrating there is no phone line but on the whole the correct goods were delivered and the main mess up was with the courier.

A great selection of furniture from thus family company - products are competitively priced and delivery was exceptionally quick. Highly recommended!

Customer service good but quality of product poor

When this item was finally assembled I was quite pleased with the result, although the assembly left a lot to be desired. It’s suggested that two persons can assemble it in 100 minutes. It took a least half that time just to identify the parts. I recently bought a flat pack desk which was a dream to assemble. EVERY part was identified, all the screws etc were individually bagged and marked. This made the job so much easier. Also on the cupboard the illustrations left a lot to be desired. I spent so much time trying to understand them. One or two small cracks and chips, obviously done in the factory as I have to say it was very well packed.

My 2nd purchase from this company to complete a set of bedroom furniture. Much better service 2nd time as quicker delivery and item spot on. Only issue was courier dumping several hundred £ of item on my doorstep in the day/rain blocking the cat flap and could have been stolen as no contact to say being delivered that day.

Have not received my chair, having bought it on the 5th of November with a 2-5 day delivery window. Have repeatedly emailed the company who can’t tell me when it will be here, nor will they give me a refund. DO NOT USE this company.

Goods arrived damaged and were very poorly packaged. All items had to be returned . Very disappointing and I still await my refund . Communication with My Furniture Direct has been impossibly difficult ,nobody available via telephone.

It's been ages since we purchased a coffee table and still waiting. Haven't heard from the company at all even after sending an email to find out where is our purchased item.

Excellent overall experience. Quality furniture, delivery perfect and product well protected. It was exactly as advertised. Very pleased and would order again from this company.

I am happy with the large wardrobe, but unfortunately it was a little scratched near the front doors, maybe during transportation? and the hooks of the drawers are made of plastic, not of metal or wood.
So I don't think they have a long life with my 2 years old boy.

Purchased a bench which collapsed after a few months of use. No response from the company despite multiple attempts to contact them via email - very poor customer service.

Sent one man to unload an item that weighed nearly 40kg. So of course had to help unload with my bad back.
On opening, the unit was damaged. Now been waiting 5 weeks to get a replacement with no sign of them doing so. Disgraceful customer services and would advise you avoid NCF!!!

Ordered a set of drawers which arrived with great service I then decided to order a second set of drawers to match the first and they had changed their delivery company to dhl. DHL do not collect the parcel in time to meet their “estimated delivery date” they then attempted to deliver when I was on the school run (can’t be helped sometimes) they messaged to say would arrive the next day in the evening and they never showed up, upon calling dhl they sent parcel back to warehouse! I contacted my furniture direct asking them to resend once arrived which they did (would have been good to update and let me know however) dhl delivered my parcel and when building I found the back panel was broken - it still functions as doesn’t affect the drawers but for the money I do not expect broken items, I did contact my furniture direct and they have not responded at all. All in all I am very disappointed with the service I received since they changed to dhl.

Really pleased with the Ry set of drawers. Delivered in a timely manner and well packaged so no damage to the unit on opening! Would definitely order from MyFurnitureDirect again!

Ordered an item on back order, several weeks later I haven’t heard a word- not great customer communication

Average, no courier info so had no idea when item was coming so it was pure luck we were in when it arrived. Only answered one email out of three asking for the above info. Most companies provide tracking info so take note.

This is a great bookcase for narrow spaces and just fitted in next to a desk in an alcove next to the chimney breast. A few shelves are adjustable. The box arrived well packaged with extra protection around the edges . The instructions were clear and it was up and screwed to the wall in just under an hour. Very pleased with it.
