The communication was good and the company organised a refund for me because the product was not as advertised. Even though their supplier was refusing to take it back, they refunded me and collected the bed. I appreciated it and hence a good review.

The order was processed quickly & delivery happened as promised within the ten days stated.
The product itself - wide 6 drawer chest of drawers - is good value for the money paid & was well packaged. No damage in transit & the instruction sheet for assembly was clear & helpful. Overall I am very pleased.

I ended up having a change of mind a few days after placing my order. I emailed customer service who were brilliant, they responded within hours and processed my refund in no time at all.

I ordered a triple bunk bed on the 28th May. I have had to email multiple times to find out where my order was, the only communication I received was replies when I sent emails, this company did not take it upon themselves to update us despite being over a month! In the end I didn’t receive my order! They kept making excuses up and in the end nearly 2 months later! They sent a refund and said it’s no longer in stock despite on numerous emails they stated it was ready to be dispatched. I wouldn’t waste your money on this company because you won’t receive it! What will happen is your money will be accumulating interest in there bank for them 😡

I placed an order for a super king size bed on 2nd April. I tried to speak to them about my order but no phone numbers to call and no one responds to my queries. This company doesn’t sound trustworthy (I should have read reviews before) and now I want to cancel my order but can’t even do that.
Best advice - avoid it.

As described and delivered as promised. Easy to assemble.

The item arrived relatively on time (just a couple of days after expected) and when contacted, the seller responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. I was slightly concerned about doing business with them after reading some of the reviews I'd found online, but my experience was positive and I would likely buy from them again.

Do not use this company a complete sham!!! And that's being polite.... Ordered goods over 500, pounds and never received I have emailed I have sent messages on Facebook and nothing zilch a r s e holes ripping people off thank god for my bank... Everyone who works in this company should be ashamed and disgusted and I know the CEOs new name won't take me long to find their address.. w a n k e r s
