bad customer service

Broken top on bedside cabinet, not their fault however trying to get the replacement or new cabinet has been very frustrating. Now no one will respond to me so I am stuck with a piece of furniture i cannot use and no refund or replacement

Bad customer service

Avoid! States standard delivery, no communication after. No tracking. Been three weeks now and I’m still waiting for my order. After contacting the company, I still did not get a straight answer and said to wait another week for the shipping company to contact me. Bad service.

Still no bed! Or mattress.

5 weeks after I was told delivery would be in 3-4 weeks I have still not received any estimated delivery date.
Mattress was ‘in stock’ online and 3 weeks after payment I received an email to offer me a much lower priced substitution as my ordered item was not available. They also tried to tell me this was an ‘upgrade’ even though it was significantly cheaper than the one I had ordered.
A dreadful customer service experience so far.

Never buy anything from this company

Never buy anything from this company. I bought a drawer, followed the instruction step by step completed everything. When it’s completed it look perfect. But as soon as I put my baby clothes into the drawers it started to fell apart. Handles started to fall. All I wanted to put my baby’s clothes there. On the same night the drawer fall apart. Faulty item. I emailed company explained everything and requested my refund but they refuse to help me and were saying that I haven’t followed the instructions that’s why it’s all falling apart. It wasn’t making sense at all. I’m still dealing with this issue. Still requesting to get my money. Emailing the same things all over again. Not happy at all, very disappointed. Very bad customer service and company

Dishonest customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

£225 for an unusable unit. The mirrored door arrived broken. Customer service is appalling. After waiting nearly a month since delivery and still waiting for someone to collect it and give me a refund I left a negative review. Lo and behold, that afternoon I received an email from them and apparently they had no record of me contacting them, despite me contacting the email address as requested in the manual!! I have now been told they won’t issue a refund as I didn’t contact them within 48 hours. But I did. I am appalled. I will not be letting this go though.

Unfortunately we were sent a wardrobe…

Unfortunately we were sent a wardrobe that had previously been opened and had some damage. We have contacted customer services and they have been slow to respond, they have now proposed a replacement part but with a 30 day wait. This is not acceptable, I am left with a unhappy child waiting weeks for her bedroom to be completed.
At the time of writing they still have the wardrobe showing in stock.

Gloss bed

We received the beds for my girls. The slates for the bed had no instructions and very flimsy as I am writing this they have yet again broken off the bed and my daughter who is 11 so not very heavy went to lie in the mattress and had broken yet again. Do not buy this bed.

The console table is absolutely lovely

The console table is absolutely lovely, even better than I expected! Delivery was fast and it was packaged well. This was a bargain too, would definitely use again! Very happy with service and product. ☺️

Avoid at all costs

I have ordered a wardrobe from this company they took the payment fine but then we got a delivery date for the item then not to be delivered. I have tried endlessly to get in contact with the company to be told to wait for it to be delivered. The delivery app now says it has been delivered when it hasn't and now there is no way in getting in contact with them. I've been lied to and had my money taken avoid at all cost

Tried endlessly to get the best deal

Tried endlessly to get the best deal on TV units/stands but in every case it was always my furniture direct that was alot cheaper and I compared prices on like for like units and found a massive difference in price for the same models. So now I could have the ones I liked best that I had to pass on due to high price elsewhere on the net. Very very good, don't miss out, look for yourself.. Great...

Disgusting customer service

I ordered a tv stand order number 37742 on June 6th. It arrived with damage to 3 of the parts, these have been ordered as replacements, however it is over three months later and they have yet to arrive or I have yet to be given a date of when they will arrive.

Under the consumer rights act 2015 this is beyond a reasonable timescale, as such I am requesting a refund for this item and await your collection of the tv stand.
