Ordered the desk but took 5 weeks to deliver, despite website stating it would take 2-7 days. I had to chase this up numerous times and requested the contact details to formulate a complaint but was told that I needed to contact the retailers as MFD were the suppliers ( although I purchased the desk from the website) ??? Daughters desk arrived that week and TBH it is lovely but I would not order anything from this company again.

Ordered a set of Large Chester drawers which came in two separate large boxes. They sent out 2 of the same boxes l only containing half of the drawers x2 meaning I couldn’t put the drawers together. Months down the line l still have the incorrect items as a rude customer advisor would not accept they have made a mistake and refund me the money.
I asked this to be raised to management , months down the line I am still waiting. The fact they sent out the wrong items and our refusing to give me my money back after I’ve purchased items that aren’t fit for purpose is a disgrace. The fact I’m still waiting on management to get in contact is for from a joke.
What tops it off is the awful customer service via email. Belittling me making me feel like I don’t know how to purchase a item. I advise you to get in contact with me asap and get this sorted or I will be screen shotting all the rude emails and posting them all over social media !!!

Late delivery and limited customer service
Item was supposed to be delivered in December but arrived over a month late so wasn’t here for Christmas when I needed it. The delivery time was really long to start with - over two months so not good that it took even longer than that to come. Had to chase company - they didn’t proactively keep me in the loop with what was happening.
Ordered a coffee table on line
Ordered a coffee table on line, when it arrived it was nowhere near the colour shown on the website, i complained and the response i got was that "it was because i took a photo in front of a window which made it look lighter than it was and the site picture was taken in a studio so shouldnt expect it to be like that when delivered"I told them i wanted to return it they said i could but i would have to arrange my own courier at my expense, make sure it was in its original packaging and best to get it independently checked before sending for any damage at my expense as any damage would mean they couldnt resell and i would not get my refund.I told them it is not unreasonable for me to expect the item to match the site picture but they wernt having it and said i bought in error so they wernt collecting it. Absolutely terrible customer service, i have had to sell this table at a third of the price i paid for it as it dosent match my decor. i would never buy from this company again total bunch of cowboys.

Possibly one of the worst places I have ever ordered from. Ordered a chest of drawers in advance of moving into my new home last year, eventually when putting them up realised how horrendous the quality was - I wouldn’t have even paid half of what I did should I have known.
I complained and had to chase multiple times and eventually after much back and forth got replacements for all the parts (there was about 20) that needed replacing because the drawers were so faulty. After waiting months for the redelivery we put them back together for them to just break again.
I have emailed again but won’t be surprised if I don’t get a response like last time. The least I’d expect is my money back.
Buy elsewhere
The wardrobe took a while to be delivered and when it arrived the wood was flimsy. The back panel split whist we were putting it together. Also the doors are not aligned. One is higher than the other.
Space saver wardrobe
I’m glad I got this wardrobe in the sale, I would not have been happy with the quality if I paid full price. I had to chase delivery twice, once it was delivered it was delivered to the wrong address! One of the doors is damaged but because the wardrobe was delivered to the wrong address, neither the company or the courier are claiming liability!
However, as far as flat pack furniture goes the instructions were very easy to follow.
No mattress, no response from company.
UPDATE: I’ve just received a reply below from the company saying they tried to contact me. I have checked my junk folder and there is no email from you cancelling. Why do you not provide a working telephone number?
Ordered a mattress earlier this month. Told via email it would be 3-4 weeks delivery. No more communication from them, then out of the blue received a refund from the company on my credit card. Tried calling the company to ask what was happening, but was told "you've dialled and incorrect number". Has this company gone out of business? If so, then they should stop taking people's money. If not, then it's appalling customer service! Have now reordered the mattress elsewhere, where I could speak to a real person.

Put together by myself and my 11year old, got it done in a hour. Sofa is more comfy than I thought it would be. Delivery was a a delayed company sorted it out quickly. Glad it arrived before xmas

Avoid - terrible company
Avoid this company! Communication is terrible, they ignore the majority of emails sent and when they do reply they are rude. I was sent a faulty wardrobe so I emailed them asking if I could send back the wardrobe in return for my money back, to which they refused. I followed all the instructions but they insisted it was my fault the wardrobe was faulty and told me I should hire someone (and pay money out of my own pocket) to do a fault inspection.
