Everything has been amazing from start to finish! I love to give small businesses a go and I'm very glad I did. I'd highly recommend this company.

Less than one star from me.
Order placed on December 18, absolutely nothing, no show.
No response from the email I sent, nothing, nothing, nothing.

Do not use this company, better to throw your money into the wind.

Would give zero if I could. Placed an order and was told delivery would be 48 hours Royal Mail. Item did not arrive, tracking information useless. Contacted company and they replied asking to get back in touch in two days if item still not delivered. Countless emails since and I’m being ignored. Now in the hands of my bank to try and recover my payment. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

I bought a few Christmas presents from here for family and friends and i have to say I'm so pleasantly surprised how good they were and how fab the service was that I received too! If you need gifts for any occasions I'd definitely recommend ordering from here and giving small businesses a chance. The products are excellent and high quality at reasonable price.

If I could rate zero stars I would.I ordered an item 2nd December ready for Christmas and still not received.I have sent multiple emails as that is the only form of contact and no replies.
I have had to contact my bank and they have refunded me .
Please do not use this company

Everything went smoothly and delivery was on time

I placed my order on 27 July and it was acknowledged by email. On 28 July I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. The email of 27 July stated the delivery is 2-4 working days. I emailed 'My Happy Moments' on 07 August querying why I had not received my order. I received no reply. I sent a further email on 16 August asking when I might expect my goods and asked for a refund if the goods are not forthcoming. I received no reply. I sent an urgent email this morning 05 December, it is now mid-afternoon and no sign of a response. This outfit clearly is discourteous to its customers and treats them with a cavalier disregard. I have given this review one star rating because there is no option for zero star which they deserve. Next stop is to make a court claim to recover my money. Incidentally I can find no evidence that their address provided on the Trustpilot site is genuine. Avoid them like the plague.

Only 1 star because zero isn't an option. This is a scam company, avoid at all costs. Take your money and the items never arrive, so don't be fooled by fake 5 star reviews. Don't reply to phone calls and emails. Fraudsters and scammers! If you're crazy enough to ignore this warning, make sure you pay with a credit card as I managed to claim my money back via Mastercard.

I am over the moon with my order I got 2 personalised mugs for friends gifts and a Christmas bauble and they all arrived fast and they look absolutely amazing. I'm happy with everything and I'd order from here again as well as recommended the company.

Wish I could give zero. The bulk of the reviews are correct. You pay your money and don't receive goods. Can't contact them. Only email, no phone. We only paid less than £20 but there's no chance of reimbursement or worth chasing it up......which they realise. I question the reliability of the couple of very positive reviews.
Warning, stay well clear of this company.
Strange, whether this review has made a difference, but miraculously with no explanation just received message that money has been refunded. We'll see, though.

I ordered a bereavement lantern. No item received after 3 weeks. Went onto their site and have messaged them 3 times with no response. Trying to get my money back seems impossible! So upset

Ordered item on the 18/10/2025. Received email confirmation and nothing since !! They took payment immediately. I have emailed , filled in the form on their website with no response from them at all ?? Do not order off them.

Do not use this company took my money then cancelled my order so didn't receive my item looks like a scam high risk warning, luckily the fraud department at my bank managed to pull the money back from them don't get caught out by this company, they also do not respond to your emails so unless your bank can get your money back you can wave goodbye to it

Took my money. Didn't deliver the product for my partner's birthday & they have ignored every email I have sent looking for an update or refund. Do not spend your money with them. Go somewhere else.

I’m really glad I found this company. The products are really nice and delivery is quick. Recently brought a photo glass token and the quality was amazing. Very happy customer 😁

Didn’t receive goods and no contact whatsoever. Lost my money. Not happy 😡

Scam. The orders never come and never answer back to emails or refund. Very unreliable

I do not recommend this company at all. Spent a fair bit of money. After five weeks no goods. I completed the online form no response, I then contacted the sales team by email no response, I found a telephone number, no response. Yet they had my money instantly!

I wouldn’t give this a star if I could! Ordered an item in June, still not received it and have emailed them and used the contact page on website and still heard nothing! Absolutely shocking customer service. You take my money then I don’t hear from you. Disgusting

I was extremely happy with my purchase it was exactly how I hoped it would be.
It was well packed to ensure no damage would occur during posting.
Although they quoted 3 to 4 days for dispatch I asked if this could be improved as I had ordered it late for an upcoming birthday present.
They advised if I could pay a little extra they would dispatch it in two working days which I was happy to pay the extra and I received it next day.
Can’t thank them enough for helping me out and getting it to me in time to give it to my brother for his 75th birthday and he was also delighted with it.
Would definitely buy from them again
