NO contact after several emails
NO contact after several emails. Disputed purchase through my bank for them to send me tracking information which shows me my parcel was delivered half across the country!! Clearly through Royal Mail… now I actually have the information. So no item and no refund!! disgusting. I just would appreciate an email back.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered items over a month ago, and while they had no problem taking my money, the items still haven’t arrived. I’ve emailed their customer service twice, and both times received no response at all. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Worst place ever!! Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Appears that company dissolved on Companies House
I realised that I had entered an incorrect delivery address. I contacted them via email as soon as the order had gone through to update details. No reply.
I tried again the next day. No reply.
I have now emailed them four times and not received a reply and the gift is needed for a 7 year old's birthday tomorrow.
There are no phone numbers or social media accounts for this company. Further, the address on their TrustPilot page is incomplete/fake. There is no address listed on their company website.
I checked the Companies House website and there are three companies with 'Happy Moments' in their titles, all of which have been dissolved. The last was in August 2024.
If they are still trading after dissolving, then this is fraudulent.
I will report it to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) online or by calling 0300 123 2040.
You should do the same if you have been scammed.
I wish that I had read the reviews beforehand...

Hi, We contacted you numerous times we didn’t get a reply from you. We are not a Limited company only limited companies are on company house and yes we do have social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and X. This is a completely unfair review. You only ordered the item the other day. The order takes up to 4 days in production as it’s a personalised item then there is delivery on top of this.
We are not allowed to give out personal information as part of Privacy act. Our social media links are on our website and you can search for us on social page.
You contacted us a day after your order was placed to tell us about delivery address was wrong etc we replied to email but we didn’t get a reply. We have contacted you back every time, please check your spam file. We have 1000 of happy customers. We do not use Trustpilot for our reviewer. A full refund has been issued to you

Scam - do not order!
Order not received - 11 days after it was ordered (ordered 30.06.24). Disappointing as I can’t find the product I ordered in any other stores.
Update: still not received at the 30th of July. A useful tips to other people experiencing the same would be to contact your bank. Natwest reverted the money back in to my account after I made a dispute on the payment.
