I don't know how this scam company gets away with taking your money and sending you nothing. Surely what they're doing is illegal! If you don't want to be ripped off, don't use them.

100% a scam!! do not buy from here! same story as everyone else... no items arrived and no response to queries. Order says 'canceled' online but the payment has been taken and no refund given.

I’m another person who wishes I’d read these reviews before purchasing! Items never received, had an initial response saying they’d refunded me but no money received and then they ignored all my subsequent emails. Scammers - DO NOT USE!

Order "Despatched" as soon as I queried late delivery! No surprise then that nothing arrived & none of my queries re a Refund were answered. Fortunately I was able to get my money back through Chargeback. Lesson learnt - Read feedback before ordering - Over 65% 1*!!! ( only because you can't leave 0*) And I would seriously doubt that many of the 5* are real. A true disgrace of a company.

I can honestly say I will never order from here again, I placed an order on the 20th December expecting to get it after Christmas due to holidays etc.. Only to still not have received it by the 4th January, was then told they had cancelled the order and issued me a full refund. Which to this day I still have NOT received! The entire experience was absolutely terrible, I will definitely be making sure my friends and family do not order from here.

I would give half a star if I could… absolute shambles of a site with very poor quality items and a terrible custom service team who DO NOT REPLY.
I’ve waited 8 days for a reply about a refund I am owed and still have nothing! Don’t waste your time or money with a company who cares so little about its customers satisfaction

Order placed, email confirmation received, 2 x Review Your Purchase emails received, order never received. Emailed the company, no reply.
I wish I had read the Trustpilot customer reviews before placing my order.

I ordered on 30/11/23. A few days later I got an email saying my order had been dispatched and that it would arrive between 3-5 days. 2 weeks later it had still not arrived. I emailed them asking for an update and they didn’t reply. I emailed again on 26/12 to again ask for an update as my order still hadn’t arrived. I once again got no reply. I had also got an email a week before this asking me to review my order which never even arrived? I luckily got a chargeback from my bank for my order. As this was a Christmas gift I was incredibly frustrated and annoyed and I will not order from here again!

Wish id googled it and read the reviews before i wasted £14.
No order turning up, ordered in plenty of time before the christmas rush end of november. After waiting 3 weeks, i emailed 3 times before i had a response… saying theyd replied and asked for my address and was awaiting my reply.. which is now obviously a lie, sent them my address, no reply, sent another email asking for a refund or to track my parcel. No reply.
i figure i wont be getting my money back or my cushion that id ordered for christmas for my 7 year old son because its been over a month now…Brill🙄 oh n theyve had the cheek to email me asking to review the product???
