The reviews of Hermes already on Trustpilot are shocking and appalling, so my complaint pales into insignificance.
Nevertheless, my complaint is that Hermes left a perishable birthday gift on my front step in full view of passersby. They could have placed it in a more obscure position in my front porch which is immediately at the front door. This would have been the sensible thing to do, and so easy. Also, I didn't hear a knock or doorbell ring so I suspect no attempt was made to inform me of the delivery! This happens often with Hermes deliveries!
Fortunately I found the parcel in time and brought it indoors before any damage was sustained to the contents.

This absolutely useless shower of **** deserves to go bust!! There is no number to contact, the computer system is just as useless as they are! My next day delivery should have been here Wednesday morning and it arrived Saturday lunchtime! How can you possibly get it this wrong and be this useless? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS!!! ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM A 1 STAR REVIEW IS BECAISE I CANT GIVE A MINUS! UNBELIEVABLE!! YOU LOT SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

For me, Hermész simply disappeared my package, I'm trying to deal with the matter, but this is already too outrageous, they dare to bother people by trying to deliver my package twice, both times I was at home, in front of the house. camera. the house proves that Hermes wasn't here, no, they rang the bell and didn't even try to deliver my package.
Please, someone take people's opinions and experiences seriously, stop this company's package delivery license.
Take it off the market

No human interaction, says unable to deliver business closed, then next day says unable to find address, then 8 days later for a tiny parcel says on hold. By far the worst delivery company ever, does not matter if you change name to evri flipping useless.
I've had 7 delivery's within these days from 5 different company's and no issues. What is it the blind leading the blind 🤔

Oh my god where do I start . If I could give a zero I would . Parcel goed missing told to contact them . Only online get 1 generated email then nothing no updates just email saying its missing . You cant speak to a person just a computer . Nightmare avoid at all cost . Never again .

I was disappointed with the delivery service provided by Hermes when my parcel was left underneath a car in my absence. This could have potentially damaged the package or resulted in the parcel being stolen once the car drove away. I would appreciate more care and consideration for the safe delivery of my packages in the future."

The worst company. Do not bother to attempt delivery, do not bother calling. Keep the delivery on hold in their warehouse for days on end without any resolution. Happened 12 months ago with another parcel and happened over the past 2 weeks again. I would never use this company for delivery if I had any choice in the matter.

Very bad experience with Hermes. I tracked my parcel and on Hermes website said that my parcel was already delivered to me with a subcontractor “Evri”. I was home between 15:00-16:00 near the door, I was doing gym and I was waiting my parcel. On their website said that was delivered at 15:33. No door ring, no picture with my parcel with the place that was dropped, no notice no nothing. I will not order from Amazon either because of that.only Royal Mail can be trusted.

So I live down a farm lane.. When it comes to delivering my package the same thing has happened twice in a row now, it says that my package has been hand delivered to me but in fact my parcel has actually just been dumped on the floor in a barn nearly a mile down the road. The same has happened to my neighbor which also lives down the same lane.
Dumping it in the barn makes me very cross as farm machinery drive into that barn everyday and if the package was not seen on the floor somebody could accidentally drive over it! The barn is also on the side of the road which means that anybody could see these parcels and just simply take them. This is all down to pure laziness of not wanting to drive down the lane every other delivery company can do why can’t you!!😡

Terrible terrible service. They hang on to deliveries for days and days on end and post false messages about attempted deliveries - pure lies.
Avoid like the plague

Hermes did not scan my parcel deliberately on picking up in order to steal/lose it somewhere along the way, £200 parcel has now disappeared and now am being ignored by customer services when trying to get a refund. Hermes are not using their own employees to pick up parcels, they are being picked up by packlink, who are just throwing them in a van without scanning them, basically your parcel ever having a chance of getting there is a lottery.
Small claims court is the only way of receiving justice.
Please stay away from this amateur parcel company.

Hermes is the worse company I have ever come a cross,I have had dealing with them on many occasions and this company keeps getting worse. They have delayed my parcel by 7 days and keep lying about not being able to deliver, their phone number is useless as no one answers,I have made online complaint and enquiry but no on bothers to do anything about.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND both their Director and CEO should be SACKED for their incapabilities and ignorance towards public.

I have never had good experience with these people they drop parcels wether your in or out. I will never understand why other companies use them they are loosing custom.

I don't live in a foyer. I live in a flat. Evidently you don't know what it is so I would give a description but you're evidently too incompetent to understand just like you're too incompetent to understand basic instructions like where to leave a parcel. If you cherish your job, do it CORRECTLY SO HARDWORKING PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO HUNT FOR THEIR PARCELS AND BRING IT TO THEIR FLAT AND DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!

Hey put it in it out there toward everybody to stay away from Hermes even though they've changed their name so they are still up to their scams and stealing stuff off customers I've had an email of eBay today to say that my pass or from Hermes was delivered to a neighbour there is no card gone through my door I've tried contacting Hermes and got nowhere I've been around 15 of my neighbours and nobody has received the parcel this is not the first time in the last couple of weeks at home is still one of my parcels the first one was extremely expensive this one was still expensive but not as expenses it as the first one Hermes are bad bad news they don't even have the decency to phone you when you've asked them to I have even said contact me but they are refusing scumbags all the way stay away from Hermes

I see a lot of bad reviews. My experience was positive. The delivery driver was a very nice guy and my parcel came at the time designated. Very happy. 👍

They damaged and then lost my package, just when it arrived in the city where it was supposed to be delivered. Worst experience ever.

Keep receiving emails to say parcels delayed, then turned up and delivered 1 out of 4 but didn’t pick up as scheduled, they used to be good but are just unreliable now

Been sitting in waiting for a delivery all yesterday meant to come today !!! And driver said he couldn't find my address??? What a lie,When I try to contact the company I get a bloody chat bot. 4 message's I've sent this thing and nothing. Why is it always Hermes.. name change and still the worst experience of any company.
